I paid the discounted rate of £79 (instead of the full price), and even at that price point, I don’t feel the experience has been worth it.
When I purchased the subscription, we were told onboarding would be included. However, the onboarding sessions were fully booked with no available dates, and there was no immediate alternative or support. Later, the team emailed saying a few slots had opened but those were quickly booked as well.
This doesn’t feel fair, because when someone joins a software at a premium rate, you would expect a premium service.
As it's a onboarding meeting would you not want that ASAP? Onboarding exists for a reason, and waiting indefinitely defeats the purpose.
Ever since the last zoom meeting showing Kleo beta price and week after one masterclass I have seen no and no emails since about any updates or what more masterclass.
When I had a few queries I chased multiple times via live chat (which states replies usually happen “within a few hours”), but I only got a response after two WHOLE weeks.
I contacted Rob directly as instructed for urgent cases, but only received a message four days later, and then communication dropped off again. For a premium product, this level of support and communication has felt unacceptable.
The platform itself has bugs and limitations, and right now feels more like an early beta version that isn’t ready for the amount of users being onboarded. If the team is already struggling to manage current users, it raises concerns about how they will handle more as the platform grows.
There are other tools on the market (like Scribe, for example) that offer similar features at a lower cost, with a smoother experience.
I joined because I genuinely admire Lara and believed in the vision. But even at a discounted £79, the return on investment hasn’t justified the price. I am cancelling, and I hope the onboarding structure, availability, and communication are improved before continuing to scale and charge premium rates.
