I purchased an Instagram account from Klimax Digital for ₹7,000 on 24 May 2026. The payment was made successfully, and the account was delivered to me. However, within just 10 days, the Instagram account got suspended.

Before purchasing, I was assured that the account was safe and would work properly. Unfortunately, after the suspension, I suffered a financial loss and wasted considerable time and effort. When I contacted the company regarding the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution, replacement, or refund.

As a customer, I expected better support and accountability, especially when the account stopped working within such a short period after purchase. My experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience with [Klimax Digital Agency] my experience, after payment (around $1000 from my client’s side), the promised services were not delivered. Communication became very difficult, and I was eventually blocked, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I expected professional support and proper service, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Based on what happened to me, I would advise others to be very careful, do proper research, and keep all payment proofs and chats before purchasing any account or service.

I am writing this to strongly warn others based on my direct experience with Klimax Digital.

On April 10, 2026, I paid 100 USDT for a “threshold ad account” service. Before payment, Klimax Digital was extremely responsive, replying instantly, offering calls, and confidently assuring quick delivery.

However, immediately after payment, their behavior changed completely.

For more than 2 weeks:

* No service was delivered
* Messages were consistently seen but ignored
* Calls were repeatedly declined or left unanswered
* Communication became completely unreliable

Despite following up daily, there was no resolution.

What is even more concerning is the pattern I personally verified:

I contacted Klimax Digital from 3–4 different new numbers, posing as a new client. In those cases:

* They responded instantly
* They were ready to provide the service
* They agreed to calls without hesitation

But the moment I revealed my identity or mentioned my existing payment:

* Calls were immediately cut
* Conversations were stopped
* My numbers were blocked

This clearly shows selective behavior where new customers are actively engaged, while existing paying customers are ignored.

As of today:

* No service has been delivered
* No refund has been provided
* No proper response has been given

This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after trusting their assurances and making full payment upfront.

Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of accountability and post-payment support.

I strongly advise anyone considering Klimax Digital to be extremely cautious before making any advance payment.

This is not just a delay — this is a clear pattern of behavior that others should be aware of.
