Avoid like the plague.

This review is based on my own experience with this company.
I ordered 3 fragrances for £22.50 was a deal on at the time so thought why not. It took about two weeks to come which was longer than I expected. But the quality was decent.
2 weeks later £22.50 left my account (for the second time) checked my emails and they’ve sent a mystery scent. Apparently doing the £22.50 offer enrolled me into a monthly subscription. Which then one mystery fragrance is sent. I’m a male and my original order was for 3 male scents. They sent me a “klone” of Black Opium which is a female scent. Before this arrived I got hold of customer service and explained I didn’t sign up for a subscription. They said they would cancel it but the second delivery was already processed. But assured me I could return it.
After finding out I had a female perfume I asked to return it for a refund, to which they then said no refunds on perfumes. So basically going back on what was previously said. I wouldn’t have minded keeping it if it was a male perfume but I don’t want to go out smelling like a woman. Customer service quite abrupt and offered 20% refund out of “good will” ahh gee thanks. Still waiting on that refund too by the way. Avoid this company like the plague. Thats my best advice. And I really wished I’d read the reviews on this place before getting duped into a subscription I didn’t want. And left with a perfume I don’t want to wear.

Trust pilot maybe add a 0* option in future. I think 1* is too generous for this company.

Refused to refund order I didn't make!

I got an email from them saying they were shipping me an order that I did not make. I contacted them immediately to tell them. They responded that the order would not ship. It did anyway and when I notified them of their mistake, they told me I had to pay for it anyway. They offered me a discount on the order I did not make! They refused to refund me. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card now. Worst customer service experience ever. This company has so many competitors - just choose someone else. Don't use this company. There's a reason all their reviews are bad. They will not be in business long at this rate.

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. The worst online experience I have ever had. Tried to cancel just after ordering and was assured all was well until I received notice that the item had shipped. All responses from customers services avoided my questions and apologised for the delay in the goods I had asked to be cancelled. Now I have the fragrances, which have been left unopened, and they are refusing to accept a return on health and safety grounds. To add insult to injury they also signed me up to a subscription program I didn't ask for or was apparent during the ordering process. Avoid at all costs total scam company

Scam

I placed an order with Klone 5 weeks ago and immediately received an email apologizing that it may take up to 2 weeks to ship (of course I was billed immediately). Wasn’t too concerned, however it’s now been 5 weeks with no shipment and no response to 2 email inquiries over the last 2 weeks. I’d definitely advise staying away from this company.

Customer Service is horrible..

First they shipped the wrong scent and when I tried to contact them I couldn't because the email they give is wrong because I kept getting a message from Google saying my email couldn't be delivered because the address didn't exist so then I tried calling the phone # they have on there website and again fake number with a message saying this number is unable to receive calls, then finally after atleast 15 messages I left on their website I finally got a message back but im doubtful that they'll fix the issue... STAY AWAY..

Ordered back on October 15 still have…

Ordered back on October 15 still have not gotten my order purchased through payments system shop, which is part of affirm. They did nothing to help klone doesn't answer emails or text. I was robbed on my 50 bucks by these scammers.

Scam likely

This company continued to charge me for what they described as a "monthly subscription"

Yet I was not getting anything, nor did I sign up for said subscription.

The number of hoops and foreign call centers you have to navigate to get answers is not worth it lol.

There are other companies with similar products priced similar rates that will not commit fraud, and farm customer service to third world terrorists.

Worse experience ever

Took over a month to receive my shipment, the bottles were smaller than the ones in the pictures being misleading, finally after a week of getting my order I got charged $29.99 for a money back guarantee? I never placed nor approved that made up charge. How are you going to charge your customers for imaginary products or orders?
