Lack of communication amongst many faults
So glad when I got my payment as it meant I didn’t have to deal with them again. Took an early settlement as they prolonged it enough with zero to little contact. Good luck trying to get a response out of them. They only contact you when it benefits them.
In addition to the lack of communication they also didn’t bother to get a report amended until I chased it up months later. Booked me in with the worst physio ever who did bugger all to relieve the pain in my back, then did nothing when I complained about it other than I got 1 session removed from the bill. I needed physio desperately and they didn’t bother to arrange more so I went to a chiropractor and funded it myself. Then there was the report from the re-exam which never appeared or at least I wasn’t ever privy to it.
Absolute waste of time.

Highly professional, good outcome
KLS helped me obtain compensation after I was quite badly injured in a bike versus car accident. I found them extremely professional and communicative and the final outcome was achieved more quickly and with a higher level of compensation than I expected. They were also proactive in helping me to access additional medical support, beyond what was available on the NHS.
