Dear Klydoclock team,
I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for Klydoclock. I love it so much! It is actually improving my mood and not to mention one of the best grounding tools I’ve ever experienced. Something that has the ability to improve my mood is invaluable in my eyes.

Purchased clock less than a year ago, clock stopped working completely and will not power on. Service team requested a video sent video, they then requested a second video. Do not waste your money on this item.

It’s awesome!. Really creative and innovative. I bought a 2nd one for my elderly parent who love it.
As it’s ‘Art’ there is content that I just swipe past,
With new screens daily it’s a great idea, great functionality and tech.

The clock is cool, but the 1500+ images is false advertisement at its finest. I had issues seeing different images within the first week and contacted them. After going back and forth, repeating myself several times, someone finally said they'd checked my model and I had 400 programmed on it. I was also having issues where the same images repeated with no new ones between them, so it got old pretty fast.

So you're getting 400 images. Three stars because that can still be considered a lot, but if you work from home like I do, and check the time hourly, you'll run out of new images fast. At just one new one a day, I don't see when they think we'll ever get the 1,500+ initially boasted about on their website. This isn't even taking into consideration whether or not you like all of the art out of the 400, which I do not.

Basically, if you have disposable income and want a novelty item on your shelf that can also tell time, go for it. If this is something you'd have to budget for, pass. The collections are the best function, because you have a better chance of getting images you know you'll enjoy, but you have to pay $9.99, and most of them only contain 12.

I love, love, love this clock! It has a huge variety of designs so there seems to be something for everyone. I love that I can change the face as often or little as I want. It also seems to be well made and does not look or feel cheap. I like the fact that it adds new designs and you don’t have to pay for extra faces.

I absolutely love this quirky fun clock. Some animations are basic and some are very creative and cool. You can set the klydos to change daily or as often as every five minutes. It can be set to just chime on the hour or it can also chime as many times as is the hour (eleven times for eleven o’clock). A new klydo is added every day. You can buy klydo packages. They are a bit expensive on an already expensive clock. That is the recurrent complaint. (Not too late to reduce the price on those, klydo people) There should be an app, I think, where you can order your klydos and control your clock. I really hope they keep this up for years. Kudos to Klydos!

Love this clock. Updates a new design everyday. The Christmas designs are fun. Don't get suckered in with the animation packs. Not worth it and not sure why they did this as it has annoyed a lot of people.

Just got. I will be returning it. 80% of the animations are beyond garbage. You can only scroll through maybe 100. So you favorite 20 of these, then that is pretty much it, unless you get add on collections at what appears to be 1.00 an animation. The idea of 1500 images available are a lie, at least when you first get it. A nice concept, but the company is run by crooks and/or idiots. There tech is only by email, so buyer be warned!

You want christmas ambiance on your clock? You have to pay extra. That's not what I had in mind when buying the clock.

The remote control is simply awful. The single, TINY button is divided into FIVE smaller sub-buttons that are too small to use cleanly without errors. Nobody here has used the remote without constantly making errors because of a thumb straying onto another button's territory. The sub-buttons should be tactually demarcated. An APP is so necessary! We love our clock,and we often move it to another room, and reconnecting to our network is a nightmare of errorcs. Last time it took us an hour of cussing while reconnecting--due to OUR OWN ERRORS, touching buttons without accidentally straying onto another button.

If you simply want to buy an eye catching clock that is unique and colourful this is great. BUT it is expensive. And there are problems. They have a small team of staff who work now and then very part time by the looks of it. And none of them seem to know what the other is doing.They have no set rules. You can ask one if they will do this and they say yes we will do it for you today. Then nothing. When you ask again they say well we told the guy who does that to do that but he said he won't. Not at all professional or reliable. For four weeks this went on with something with me and it would have been much quicker and easier just to do it! If you want your own animations on your clock forget it. You can sign up and put potential klydo animations on there but it will be there for a long them and then rejected, and they will never have the manners to tell you, or tell you why, so that you can avoid that next time. In fact they talk as if it is a great honour for you to be able to spend hours making a klydoclock animation and give it to them for free. When one of their staff found out I am used to running a big business and excel at marketing and advertising she tried to arrange to phone me on certain days and times to pick my brain - all for free! How one sided is that? There are a lot of disgrunted people on the Reddit site and the face book group and many are predicting clock won't be around for long because of all of these issues. Which is a shame. UPDATE 24th May 2026. We are more than happy now as we still keep getting new pictures on a daily basis, which we can keep or reject, and there are more features on the clock than before.

The Klydoock is certainly on the pricier side, but it has proven to be worth every penny in our home. It’s not just a clock, it’s a real talking point that always sparks interest when guests notice it. The animations are delightful, and our children absolutely adore watching them change every five minutes. It adds a playful, whimsical touch to our space and keeps the kids engaged in such a fun way.

We’ve had countless compliments on it already, and it genuinely brings a sense of joy and charm into the room. The craftsmanship is sleek and modern, and the combination of technology with fun visuals makes it feel unique compared to any other clock we’ve owned.

Overall, the Klydoock has exceeded our expectations, we love the character it brings to our home, and it’s quickly become a family favorite.

They bring out an expensive but good product loved it now have emails saying if I want certain features I have to pay 3% of the purchase value for a theme which is like 5 new screens. If I knew it was a subscription service would never have bothered

The finish is poor for the price point . I’ve had my order replaced and the issue is the same. Along the bottom where the processed wood joins there are defects. Like other have mentioned there is a delivery fee and a non sterling charge which is frustrating esp after paying so much. I am enjoying the clock but in all honesty it could be a lot better considering the price.

Whilst it’s expensive for “just a clock” it’s a beautiful one, the design changes daily or you can set it to manual for when you’re away so as not to miss out on faces. Item shipped in a reasonable time and was packaged very well. Extra charges may show on the transaction due to paying in dollars and we had an exchange rate so nothing extra taken.
