Easy, fast, communication

This website did offer the highest payout for my iPad however there is no option to track your shipment and when you go to the website to do so it doesn't work.
I have received numerous spam messages asking me to rate this so here I am.

This company doesn't seem to care as much about the customer nearly as much as they do about their profit margin or reputation.

Everything was easy. Payment was what was quoted and issued same day. This would be my first choice for any future sales.

They did exactly what they said that they would do!

I sent them my iPhone 11, and once they received it they sent me a message saying the phone was in poor condition and offered me 100$. I could agree that the phone was not in perfect shape and I understand that reselling it in that condition would make it worth less. however, I don't think their requirements are clear.

this is their requirements

Device has minor scratches on screen, back cover and frame
Device has no cracks or missing buttons
Device is fully functional: all buttons work perfectly, screen is fully functional
Device must have no sign of water damage
Have a clean IMEI (no longer financed, not reported lost or stolen)

Here is my problem they are consistently vague.
They don't define minor scratches whether how far away you can see them from or the overall size of them. therefore it is not clear what a minor scratch is considered to be, by them.

They also claimed that the phone's battery was bad I will agree that the battery was bad, its why I was replacing it. But because they did not list this as a requirement on their website when I sold it to them. I thought it was something they would be replacing as it degrades over time on all phones. otherwise, why would it not be a listed requirement for the condition (therefore value) of your phone? they told me in their email that it must be 80% to be considered good. They do not state this anywhere. I asked them to send me a link or show me a document somewhere that shows these requirements and I would sell my phone for that price as then it would be my falt for not reading it but they sent me nothing.

They have paid to ship the phone back free of cost both ways so I have lost nothing but it is frustrating. I don't think they are scamming you but they should make it clear what they expect when you send them your phone.
