This was my original review -"I am a college student and I ordered an apple watch that came from them and the box arrived empty. It only had the apple watch charger when the listing included a watch, charger and sport band. Both the device and band were missing. I have filed a complaint on the website and I called the business. Once on the phone, the guy I talked to said that it must have been someone that returned it and stole the watch and band but wouldn't they check and make sure that the stuff is in it before sending it out? He confirmed my address and said that they would fix it and send me the right thing. Once that happens, I will fix my review to properly reflect the quality of device, but until I get it, this company is not worth the business."

Update - They did indeed send me a new watch and band! I got the empty box on Monday and the new watch by Thursday so a pretty quick turn around too. It's literally in perfect condition and works great. I have yet to try out all of the features but I trust that they will be great. Not a great first experience, but they did fix their mistake and the customer service was pretty good.
