KMS Tools & Equipment - Kamloops Avis 40

NO PICKUP TIME NOTIFICATION AND NO RESPONSE WHEN ENQUIRED ABOUT IT

Kamloops store is worst store for poor service the two young ones at the front counter very unprofessional argued when I returned something had the receipt didn’t even really look at the receipt just went into my account for being a paying customer. I should not have to argue with young kids at the front desk. I would rather drive to Vernon KMS instead of dealing with the ones In Kamloops 

Went in to get a sharpening system and bench grinder. Grinder wasn't in stock, so it was quickly found in another store and shipped in. Right from the start every person I dealt with was friendly and very helpful, from the woodworking dept to the front tills. Always a pleasure to shop there!

Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff that are always happy to help or give informative information to help you make the best decision on your projects. Thanks for always being there!

Well first, the expanded store is truly appreciated. Lots of great items on display and staff are always willing to help. Competitive pricing through out the store. I personally like to shop locally and support out local business folks.

The ordering was easy and the shipping was pretty fast. I've mostly shopped in person but I'm not near a store so I'll mail order again in the future.

I ordered a tool on KMS website, got notified a short time later that it was ready for pickup and picked it up the next morning. Excellent service.

clueless staff, great selection as long as you don't have any difficult questions.

Is my first stop when needing tools and safety equipment. Great range of products from high end job specific tools to value for money options for occasional use tools.

The new expanded store layout is taking a bit to get used to but it is already an improvement.

Over priced. Not a very good selection for mechanical tools. Staff seem distant from their work and ordering things in often takes weeks.

I see that the store has expanded, which is great because it was very crowded. I haven't had time to wander around yet. Hope to soon.

Have purchased several thousand dollars worth of Milwaukee tools from kms. Had an issue with one of the tools and they only had a record of me purchasing 3 tools of which this was not one of them…. So they wouldn’t warranty it. Disappointing service!
