Almost everything went wrong from first day! We went for 6 night 7 day trip for kulu manali and shimla. We got a rude driver on first day whi went to the extent of telling me that you have rented the taxi not bought it.
The itinerary is impossible to complete. Morover the driver insists on doing it on his terms. They are only unterested in getting you do further expenses on rides or 4×4 to get commission. The owner on complaining instead of doing anything was rude to me and went to the extent of telling me that you have booked a cheap package. The driver arrived 2 hours late and we could not reach solang valley. We did not get to see snow at solang even after paying high season rates.
They did not care to do anything about it.
We were satisfied doing only a few things in the itinerary, but there were always problems from driver side. In short they are liars , dont trust them. They gave cheap bus tickets and small car on confirmation of package, alto.

First I tell you guys don't take any plan from this agency partner. Because it's main dealer M/s chunnu bhatia and sameer chauhan, who is set itenery for you. Actualy she don't have any idea about the itenery how long time taken a activity. First she set all the itenery, whatever we told her without knowing our time and at the last so many itenery we will not move out because of less timing. All the time we move in traveler here and there. Travelers driver behaviour was also very rude and all the time he was making fool of us. Worst tour even we can't touch snow.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable company.
