KNEEPILLOW Avis 

Ordered 4 items to gift my son for his birthday. Have sent 3 emails requesting an update on my order, zero replies.
So disappointed. Total SCAM!
Update! After 4 emails they finally replied that they sent the package with DHL. After some inquiries the package had been there for 2 weeks with no updates! After more emails asking why it has not been sent asking for a refund and that it's now their responsibility to check with the delivery company they finally sent the items. Took more than 4 weeks to get the things.
Be persistent if you also have delivery issues!
But I won't order again, ever...

Very good service . Speedy delivery. Product well made but alas I can't use if. The foam is too hard beneath my knees and the pillow is too high. Flatter and softer would be perfect for me. At 92 I have sensitive skin and this pillow is too fierce for me.

I ordered an under knee pillow and paid £34.50. However, my order arrived from Amazon with a note to say it was a gift from Kneepillowuk. The packing slip showed a product code and description
relating to the same item being sold by Amazon for £16.50, less than half the price I paid. I have since emailed the company 5 times to request a return and refund but they have not responded. I have since notified my credit card company and emailed Amazon. It’s an absolute disgrace and I don’t want anyone else to be conned in this way,

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The pillow is high quality and is great for sitting up in bed on the sofa and laying it down the other way at night it raises my upper body so that my sinuses drain.

I used this pillow post surgery and it is an absolute lifesaver! I could have never slept through the night without it. I have read reviews of other pillow brands which are underfilled and deform after a few days. Certainly not the case here, nicely filled, sturdy and supportive. Such a good purchase - I highly recommend it!

I ordered a car seat wedge from Kneepillow at over £60. I needed it urgently so paid over £12 extra for express delivery, expecting it to be delivered the next day. As it did not arrive, I enquired and was told that these wedges were made to order and needed 2 days to complete (although there was no indication of this on the delivery info), but that it would be delivered by DPD. In the meantime, I discovered the awful reviews on Trustpilot and wished I had seen them before I ordered. I expected the worst. However, the wedge arrived today, 4 days after I ordered, which is not bad, but not really very different from the timescale for a normal, rather than Express, postal charge. It also came direct from the manufacturer, not Kneepillow, via the Post Office and did not appear to have been sent express or by special delivery. The wedge itself seems well-made and is fine for its purpose. However, having seen that it was made by a different company, Putnams, I then found their website and that wedge is available from them at nearly £20 less than I paid Kneepillow, so had I bought it directly from Putnams, I could have saved over £20 on the purchase price and also paid normal postage. Kneepillow did send my order but they are obviously making a great deal more than they should out of these transactions. I won't be buying from them again!

I live in country N.S.W.in Australia, I received this item within 10 days of placing this order ,I couldn't find the exact same one on line in Australia ,I had broken the one I had ,so i ordered from UK.some times it takes longer for mail to arrive within Australia .I would not hesitate in recomending this compay ,they are great

I like them because it has a word on the canvas bag below each sign that helps and good quality bag with pull string tightening.

Seemed like a good idea (I'd not come across it before). And so far so good. Have tried with variety of other pillows to find what's best for me.

My wife ordered a product from Kneepillow.co.uk that never arrived. Unfortunately she did not check the reviews on here before ordering.

We have both tried contacting the company multiple times on EVERY POSSIBLE CHANNEL and had no response... zero. Not even an acknowledgement of the issue.

I have reported them to trading standards as they have effectively stolen our money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Never got the items. I ordered last year on August. Never got a reply from any emails, I don't think anyone in the company (if there is one) checks the emails. Who knows where the money I spent went.

Terrible service, sent wrong product never answered emails no address, no telephone after months finally answered saying would send a return form , never arrived.! Contact at your peril!!
