Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Didn’t ship my entire order for months because one item was a preorder. They informed me that I would need to pay shipping PER ITEM if I wanted the other items shipped before the preorder because that was how I qualified for “free shipping” after spending hundreds. They then let me know, 2 months after ordering, that one of the items was out of stock and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it. Also to add, the reason I ordered from this company was because it had a delivery date before Christmas. What a waste of time. Do not recommend.

Changed name from TGG due to the terrible reviews. They're straight up crooks. I have an email chain that's 50 emails long trying to get some money back from them and they still didn't send it back.

I had an issue with an order, wrote to them and got a very quick response and resolution to my issue. Very friendly service from my experience and would buy from them again.

Wrong Item - Refused to Correct
They sent me the wrong item. When I reached out to them explaining they sent me the wrong item they admitted that they made a mistake, but that they had a similarly named item in their system, and refused to send me the right item. When I asked for a refund on the item, they told me I would have to pay return shipping for the item I received (which wasn't what I ordered in the first place).

I ordered in april and still havent recieved anything. paid $101 and wont give me back my money!. Even changed thier names from tgg games bcuz they are a scaming website. SAVE YOUR MONEY TRUST ME>
