Bad customer service.
Bag was nice but not to my liking. Very bad service. No QR code or lable was given me to send it back. Just a email with the address and had to do it all my self. Not recommended tbh but each to their own. Also sent countless off emails before even getting any help.

I bought a bag from this company and I I had made a mistake with my order but they contacted me which saved me more expense. Such honesty was refreshing and I was really pleased with both my bag and speedy delivery. I can sincerely recommend this company.

Lovely product.
Great service.
1 issue with delivery. Delivery was sent to the wrong address no fault of the company. Royal mail was at fault.
However the company sent out a replacement straight away got it the next day.
