I recently completed a First Aid training course with Knight Learning and had a very positive experience. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything in a clear and practical way. The course was well structured and covered the most important real-life situations such as CPR, choking, heart attacks, asthma attacks, and other common first aid emergencies.

What I appreciated most was the hands-on practice. We were given enough time to practise CPR, recovery position, and other key techniques, which made the learning much more effective and confidence-building. The trainer also encouraged questions and shared useful real-world scenarios.

The training environment was professional, friendly, and well organised. By the end of the course I felt much more confident about how to respond in an emergency situation.

I would definitely recommend Knight Learning to anyone looking for high-quality First Aid training.

This is my third time with Aiden. I really like his demonstrations and explanations. He keeps the class energy high, helps you stay focused, and always reinforces what he has taught.

I've now completed the First Aid course with Aidan for the third time, and once again it was excellent. He explains everything clearly, keeps the sessions engaging, and makes sure everyone understands the practical side, not just the theory. The course is always well organised and easy to follow. Highly recommended for anyone who wants proper hands-on training.

Had technical issue, should have mentioned in their introduction email that you need latest google chrome, firefox and one other which my laptop is not capable of due it needed Windows 10 or 11 at least, would be beneficial if their email stated that
Got refused to take part in SMSTS refresher course because got one hour late (which is basically introduction of people taking part in it) called them to make aware of the issue before start time of the course, sorted it, logged in to zoom course and got phone call saying that unfortunately I can’t take part in the course due to being late🤦🏻 £280 lost/ SCAM
There’s obvious reason why you’re not allowed to use phone or tablet it’s to scam people like me

My assessor for NVQ Level 6 was great and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Syed was always supportive, provided clear guidance, and made everything easy to understand. He also accommodated assessment times to suit my work schedule, which made a huge difference. I really appreciate their flexibility and professionalism.

They are very professional in delivering of H&S training services.

Excellent without doubt most enjoyable two days of revision of the first ad at work course Aidon made the two days flyby with precise and detailed information, and also taught me your never to old to learn .

After successfully completing a SMSTS course with Knight Learning 2 months on I still do not have any certification from CITB. After raising this with Knight Learning they blamed it on a processing error and told me to be patient. However, now 2 months from completion it seems that Knight learning subcontracted the training to another provider who are under a neutral investigation hence the delay, and are taking no responsibility for the issue.
*Knight Learning are a broker and do not deliver training themselves* which is very deceiving and not clear when you sign up to their courses. Prior to booking and having many questions there was no mention they simply contract out training and are NOT a learning provider. Once you have paid upfront you will receive confirmation from another company called MHS learning and then all correspondence prior to the course is from Knight Learning until the course itself starts. You then find out you are with a totally different learning provider. Very disappointing and based on my experience I would not recommend this company. I have been left with no qualification after taking a week off to complete their course, which also equals no work as I still do not have any valid certification. To date they remain aggressive and unprofessional as per their response to this review, and refuse to take accountability for the issue even though they took payment for the course.

18/02/26 Still no certification received 3 months from sitting the course, although CITB have confirmed to me Knight Learning and their course providers are subject to investigation.

An excellent learning experience. A very clear, understanding and professional assessor in Peter Hufton. The learning app was easy to use and follow. Good constructive communication throughout the course!

I have recently completed my NVQ L7 with Peter from Knight Learning. He was a great assessor and very accommodating to fit teams calls around a busy work schedule. Highly recommend.

The site was very easy to use very clear. The fact that there wasn't a massive rush of pressure to have it all finished within a couple weeks help be able to be able to upload evidence when I had time in between work and life outside of work, my assessor was great he was always there to give advice and help me when I needed.

as dyslexic person , i was assured that i would have plenty of time , some of the abbreviations i struggled with , but overall good course

Many thanks to the teacher AL, he managed to get through every single topic in just two days. But this information accumulated in this short period of time was in our benefit passing the final exam.
