I have taken the ALPH CERTIFICATION at Knight. Knight was very supportive and prompt through out the process and it helped me attain the certification in smoother way.

Being able to undertake the SPLH examination from home at a time that suited was great. The process was fairly easy I had a coupl of hiccups but there was plenty support when help was needed.

Probably one of the best customer/B2B experiences in my working lifetime (30+ years) because a process that could have been tricky, complex, lengthy and time-consuming was made seamless, easy, quick and efficient. Hellen should be commended for superb customer service.

I received help all the way through , always available on the phone to help , very polite very pleasant and really helpful all the way through , all my training needs were met and exceeded .Will recommend knights training .

Everyone was really helpful from start to finish, despite technical issues on my end!! The whole process really couldn't have been smoother. And echoing the other reviews here to say that Hellen's an absolute star.

Extremely good
Excellent service from start to finish. Hellen was fantastic, prompted me when I had all but forgotten to continue with the last part of my personal licence application.

I couldn’t t fault Knight training .I was very pleased with the training modules which were easy to follow .They were helpful if you had a query and very helpful to get everything set up before starting the exam
