The website was easy to navigate. The delivery was very fast. Good packaging. Knives look great, feel well balanced, and are sharp! They were purchased for my son. He loves them and plans to add to the set.

First of all I love the knives... they are awesome! Beautiful, well built and well designed... super sharp! Careful!!!! The customer service is 6 stars if they had one. I made two orders on two different days... I didn't see there was a discount code if you ordered over $100. My bad. I contacted them and mentioned it not expecting a discount.. well within an hour one was issued! It gets better... I ordered one more knife the day before Christmas, not expecting to get it until after... well it arrived the next day... in time for Christmas. Now can you beat that. I will be buying from them again in the future. Great people to do business with.. Don't hesitate... fell confident when you buy. Thanks!!!!

The website was easy to use. The product was delivered FAST, despite being ordered close to Christmas. Packaging was very good. The knives and the board are beautiful. The knives are very sharp. These were purchased as a gift for my son. He LOVES them! He will provide a review after he uses them a while. Already ordered another knife to continue building his set.

I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!

I bought the paring knife after helping mom can tomatoes with a miserable specimen. She loves it Andy dad also finds it beautiful. I will very likely be buying my next few kitchen knives here. Beauty, elegance, and craftsmanship!
