Be careful, some measurements are not clear and they do not accept returns

Some measurements were not available via their website. For example I expected a 'standard' length for the bolt section of a knob and received a knob that is several inches too long to actually work on a dresser. I contacted them about an exchange and they simply said no. Sure, it's in their FAQ, but it's still disappointing. I would not shop here again.

I ordered my new knobs (almost $500…

I ordered my new knobs (almost $500 worth!) and they sent the wrong screw length (over 3 inches, which wouldn't fit on any cabinet I know of, because you can't close the door)... after informing customer service of this they said they will not do anything to help and I am on my own to figure out a solution. Terrible support after sending me the wrong products. After spending all this money, I am left with knobs that will not work... I highly recommend avoiding this company!

The knobs are poor quality and tiny

The knobs are poor quality and tiny. Not the size I ordered. When I reached out to exchange or get a refund they said they don't do that. So they send you an un-uable product and you are just stuck with it. Avoid at all costs!

Shipping Charge After Receipt

Ordered 3 hooks, came as described. Charged my card an additional $24 for shipping after receiving a bill from FedEx without my knowing 2 weeks after receipt.

UPDATE: Was promptly contacted by customer service after leaving the review. They refunded the additional duty charge and apologized for the mishap.

SHADY! Xindus and on Etsy

You're doing business with Xindus, not Knobco. This is very misleading. I don't recommend their business. They are on Etsy and this prohibited since it's factory made in India. Very shady!!!

I was in contact with customer service and they've helped me quick and in a great way. I'm super happy with my order and love how the items look.

completely non-responsive "customer service" First

First, after I placed my order from this company with a North Carolina address, I was surprised to be notified that the order was being shipped from India! Also, once the order was made, I was suddenly buying from a company identified as Xindus, not Knobco! When I had problems with the shipping, I emailed customer service twice and called customer service leaving a phone message and got no response from the emails or the call. Then I tried the live chat on the website and was told 3 contradictory things within the same live chat. First that my order was not yet shipped. Then that my order was shipped and would arrive in 20 days, then that my order was shipped and would arrive in 10 days. Obviously the live chat person was just making stuff up. I still have no items and no response to my several attempts to contact their nonexistent customer service. I wish I had looked at reviews on this site before I ordered as I have had the same unhappy experience as others leaving poor reviews. So if you're reading this review, save yourself a lot of trouble and don't order from them. There are lots of other places to buy similar items.

I have to say I was worried if I would get my knobs as dates changed a few times, but they did arrive intact. They are very cute. I’m just not sure about ordering outside USA anymore as seems to take too long.

Horrible company and customer service

Horrible company and customer service. I’ve sourced knobs for work from Knobco in the past, as I’m an interior designer, and have never had any issues previously. However, I personally bought knobs for a dresser for my home and ultimately just didn’t like the color and wanted to return/exchange them. There was NEVER a final sale or return policy mentioned on the product item page, so I had no idea that they had a “no return” policy due to COVID. 😂 We’re in 2024! Your business is a laughable joke if you’re still using that excuse!!! Meanwhile, once I was informed of this by the customer service representative, Annette Hamilton, I argued my case that this wasn’t transparent at all, and as a former customer, I didn’t see how this was fair. I then asked to speak with her supervisor—I’ve emailed, called, left voicemails and have received no response. I also felt that Annette did not handle the situation gracefully, like I would expect from a customer service representative. She was rude and short, and did not care to help the situation at all. Will never shop here again, and I’ve let my colleagues at work know that we will not source from Knobco moving forward.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, don’t fit in my cabinet and they will not take returns. Using Covid as an excuse why they don’t take returns.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Ordered ceramic cabinet pulls which were on the expensive side and profile extended too far from drawer which did not look good. When I called for an RMA to return I was told just to send back for credit and was not informed of any specific refund policy. When credit finally posted to my credit card I did not not get a full refund and to add insult to injury I had to pay shipping charges.
