I am extremely happy with my new Knopf automatic watch
I am extremely happy with my new Knopf automatic watch. It is dressy with a unique design which makes it stand out. Getting a free automatic watch winder was a bonus. My other automatic watch is now also in the winder instead of sitting in a drawer not getting "exercised." It is a great size for my wrist as well.

I previously wrote that my watch was significantly off every week. Knopf arranged to have my watch sent in and evaluated, upon evaluation it was found that the movement needed to be replaced. As promised in their 1 year warranty I was immediately sent a brand new watch. This watch upon initial evaluation is keeping accurate time within the specifications. Thanks for the great follow up and dedication to your warranty.

Kudos to the Knopf family for producing a watch that not only stands out among all the other watches in my collection but one that has quickly become my favorite. I’ve had it for about two weeks now, and it looks and feels even better than when I first got it. In addition to boosting anyone’s collection, I’m thinking that it would be a great gift as the watch comes in a gorgeous, luxurious box worthy of a watch costing thousands more. I initially got the NY-405 gold with a steel bracelet, but then later separately purchased a Knopf leather strap, which to me gave the watch a more luxurious feel and look. I would recommend spending a few hundred more to get the watch with the leather strap — which comes with the steel bracelet as well. Basically you get two quality bands for the price of one.

Going the extra mile to ensure the customer will be pleased
The watch was delivered very quickly. I ordered the leather strap version, and also a bracelet to switch out from time to time. Larry telephoned me to let me know that the leather strap version already came with a bracelet, and he asked whether I wanted to cancel the added bracelet, which I did. I appreciated saving the cost of the extra bracelet. This is great customer service.

Great product from Knopf the watch itself looks worth 3 times the price it cost, not only that it arrived in a beautiful box and the steel bracelet came in a separate box.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. Larry answered all my questions with patience and understanding.
As for the watch, it is simply quite beautiful. I took the Blue face but with the Black leather band...stunning!
Delivery to the U.S. Virgin Islands was quick (3-4 days), and the packaging/presentation was solid and professional.
Highly recommend!

Gorgeous solid watch!
Customer Service: Top notch. They sent the watch ASAP and the communication was great. I rec’d several emails during shipping about using the watch, etc. nice touch.
Packaging: Very good protection for the watch. Always a concern when I have a watch shipped.
The watch: It’s beautiful! Very solid, gorgeous art deco face (better in person than the pics!), the leather strap is very well made, as is the stainless bracelet that’s included (if you choose that bundle, and you should). Nice details and lume. I own a lot of watches and have to say that this one is a great value. I’m already looking forward to seeing what Knopf does next.
