Well-paced & informative course.
I found the course very interesting and informative. It was concise and the modules are easy to follow, providing a good overview of the expectations of being a freelance writer.
It also linked in well with other Knowadays courses, especially the ‘editing’ course.

Helpful and worth it!
I'm a professional writer and editor, and I found this course clear, well-structured, and full of useful examples. The prompt library is especially helpful, and I’ll be referring back to it often. I learned ways to use AI in my work that I hadn’t considered before. Knowadays Proofreading Course is intense. There is so much to learn, but you have as much time as you need. The tutors are wonderful and very helpful. If you have a question, just send an email and they answer very soon. I enjoyed working with them immensely.

Comprehensive, Challenging, and Worth Every Penny!
This is the second Knowadays course I’ve taken, and it didn’t disappoint. Like Becoming a Proofreader, Becoming an Editor is well put together and packed with useful info. It covers everything you need to get started in editing, and the practice exercises are great: challenging enough to make you think, and directly tied to what you just learned. Overall, a solid course and definitely worth the price. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to break into editing.

Hi. I wrote a review after completing the Becoming a Proofreader course; this is my update. I recently passed the Becoming an Editor course, gratefully with distinction. Tutor Rebecca was encouraging and answered my questions carefully. I'm now onboarding with Proofed for my trial period. Since I had had some proofreading and editing experience before I started the course "bundle," I assumed it mostly would be a refresher. But I learned a LOT, and I'm sure I'll continue learning as long as I work in this field. Knowadays and Proofed are well organized, and the tutors, staff, and resource materials are excellent. I'm not sure where I'll be working a year from now, but I know I'll be using the knowledge I've gained from these companies. I'm grateful for the experience and consider the course bundle a very good investment.

Exceptional!
The course was incredibly thorough, and I routinely use the syllabus when I proofread. The tutors are exceptional, both via e-mail and video and are a wealth of knowledge. If they don't have an answer to my question, they research until they find one.
