Great session by Vijay. Brushed up again with the basics of ITIL.

The training was conducted with related example. Interactive session. was very helpful. Thank you.

The session and the trainer Vijay Raj went in a smooth manner. It could have been a bit faster as the initial hour and half was finished in introduction. Time could have been managed better from the next time. Overall, a wonderful knowledge gainer session.
