Ordered for my son, he is very pleased with the sweatshirt - style and feel. Having checked the measurements and seeing that it could shrink after washing I ordered an XXL even though he's usually a large or XL size. Good decision, nice and roomy a good, comfy fit.

I think they have an amazing idea of sustainable shopping and everything, but their customer service is reaaaally slow and basically never answers. They definitely should hire a few more people to handle feedback and CS.

Efficient service, no fuss plastic free packaging, and I love that they use royal mail - easy to redirect parcels to post office near workplace or home for easy collection. This seems more problematic for other delivery companies, in my experience.

Had to return item as unfortunately it was too small. Returns policy was easy to follow and the money was refunded to my bank within 3 days of posting- thank you!
