After weeks of being promised my bundle shipment I received an order of just the suit vest and not the bundle and then was told after 3 days that they would send the items that were supposed to be in the bundle out to me. After 3 days of emails I was told I sent too many emails and that yes they made a mistake and would be sending me out the missing parts however the best they sent me is used it already has profiles in it and will not work will not connect to the meta does not vibrate on the vibrate test the front button does not work and the suit did not need to be woken up because it was already used and does not work and I am getting no reply from their customer service. I just realized today it says if I send it back I only get 50% of my money so it's a complete rip-off to be sent 50% of my money for an item that does not work after we went through every prompt and every reset and every update and everything they suggested the best itself does not vibrate the front of the vest does not react or work and neither does the on-off button on it

I placed an order on Jan. 28th 2025 for 2 products totaling over $600. After not receiving the products and little to no communication, I asked for a refund on March 19th. I was told on April 15th that I would receive my refund in 10 days. I still haven't received it or a response back regarding when or if I will ever receive it. I will update this review if that changes.
