I have been fraudulently billed for this KNT service, so don't get hooked.
I went to cancel this and found I had numerous charges on my account. I never learned what KNT was. Don't trust it.

This isi a total Scam. It does nothing that they say it does. Don't buy this product you are wasting you money.

A china based company that does NOT follow its own Guidelines / Policies.
After placing an order and realizing that a second order was placed by accident for the same products that was not wanted a email to customer service was submitted WITHIN 5 MINUTES well within the 12 HOURS THEIR POLICY SPECIFIES IN ORDER TO CANCEL AN ORDER the cancellation request was not only declined but I was instructed to simply RETURN the product within 30 days for a refund. The “simple” return was going to cost me FOUR TIMES THE COST OF THE PRODUCT originally. After numerous emails back and forth requesting a full refund for just the quantity of over ordered products trying to be FAIR I was only offered a partial refund of appx. 15% of my cost / purchase. THE DECEPTIVE POLICY OF CANCELLATION RETURNS AND REFUNDS SHOULD RESULT IN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CLOSING ANY TRADE DEALS WITH THIS SPECIFIC COMPANY.

Ordered one thing charged for more June till now although 30 guarantee policy they have managed to drag it out for 4 months . Small company they said but this is not the way to conduct business.

Great customer support is not always something you can say about various business interactions. In my experience with Clario. Emma in customer service provided excellent, timely, professional and courteous attention to my request. In all my experiences with customer support I would have to rank this service at or very near the top of my list.

I didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription when I made my order. I quickly realized it and I reached out to cancel the subscription.

Emma responded and helped me to get the subscription canceled. She kept me updated on the process.

If I could I would not give them a star. I ordered NeuroShield, and they sent me Generation X Cell Antenna. No return address. They also charged me for express shipping and Extended warranty, which I did not ask for.

They claimed the charger would charge phone in 11 minutes which is BS it takes at least 1.5 hours to charge my phone.

A product came that I didn't order. No confirmation of the order except a PayPal charge and copy of order.
I tried to find more information on the Neuro Shield product I was charged for and how to use it and install it, but there is no site for Neuro Shield.
I looked at the product package and Neuro Shield is nowhere to be found on it. Says GenX phone antenna. I finally got the option to return for a refund but "Emma said they are a small company so I would be responsible for the return shipping" USPS wouldn't ship it because of the product content!!!
I am forwarding all of this information to PayPal for help with this issue and to contest the charges but no telling how long this is all goin to take..
Facebook needs to monitor who they allow to sell on their site. More and More SCAMS just like this one are happening.

I ordered Plaque Attack for my dogs via Facebook ad. Upon placing order, they added items I did NOT order, Express Shipping for extra $ and an extended warranty I did not order. Then they doubled the Plaque Attack order and what was supposed to be less than $100, they sent me an invoice for $189. I emailed them immediately, I am on the phone with them and they're not responding. I'm disputing it w/my PayPal. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from them.

Appalling website. Appalling delivery times. Appalling after sales ‘service’. I implore you not to buy from them Their customer service emails are sent out during the night so they are definitely overseas. Days go by without a reply. Been waiting for a refund now for 5 weeks and on the rare occasion they do reply they are always ‘looking into it’. I am not expecting to receive it.

I had to put an undeserving star or it wouldn’t let me post a review. This place is a SCAM. I immediately cancelled because I wanted to see what the cost was. Little did I know, I was notified via PayPal that a charge was pending and my package was shipping. I called the place a dozen times only to be placed automatically on hold. The call disconnects in a few minutes. I have filed a complaint with them, Ha! and with PayPal. This is a shame…

I was scammed just like others on this page. I was also told that I could return the products at 40 % loss for a full refund. That is becoming very difficult to get Complete SCAM !!

I was also told that I could return the products a refund. Les 40%.That is becoming very difficult to return at my cost to send to China. I did not open the glasses (read the return . Clearly a scam, if I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. Emma in customer service is rude. clearly is ONLY interested in keeping my money and NOT offering a good solution Next step is Better Business Bureau if I am not refunded soon !! The NightSite specs are poor quality and contrary to the glossy advert do not fit over all prescription glasses, they didn't fit over ANY of my 5 pairs of prescription specs. They do not offer free returns and the postage is nearly as much as the glasses. They can afford to have a very polite customer service, as Emma never seems to refund anyone. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. Update Jan '25 no response and no refund. I've written to the Customer Service email to tell them there is no evidence of a refund, in spite of them claiming to have refunded me.

I thought of buying night driving glasses. After putting in my payment details I was very annoyed that they kept trying to sell me 2 or 3 or 4 pairs so I did not confirm the order. I immediately used the ‘contact us’ and then got an email confirming my order. I said I did not want it but by then they had charged my credit card. Despite a further three emails to them I have heard nothing. If only their customer response was as fast as their taking money!
