KoalaEye Optical Avis 80

I was unable to contact anyone, as the provided email did not work. I placed my order for the glasses a month in advance, but I never received any updates. The tracking information directed me to the Shop app, but there were no updates there either.
Eventually, I received a full refund for the order without any explanation. I'm extremely frustrated because my graduation is only a week away, and now I have no time to order glasses elsewhere that will arrive on time.
If the company is unable to fulfill orders, they should temporarily shut down the page until it's fully functional again. This experience was a complete waste of my time.

I ordered the glasses after some searching around. I wish I had searched a little longer. After placing my order, I saw some reviews of people that never got their order or are still waiting after a month or 2. I emailed to check this and to also cancel my order as I had lost confidence in my order being filled. The email immediately bounced back stating the site and email couldn't be reached. I was able to cancel the payment and I'm glad I could at least do that. I think I'll be checking reviews before ordering online again.

Ordered my glasses on the 10th February and they still haven't arrived. Checking tracking shows they have been awaiting shipment since the 22nd of February. I have tried to Email the company but the Emails keep coming back as undelivered.

Glasses took near 20 days from China and the left lens was blurred and the right lens while ok for distance was blurry for reading. When Is tried calling 4 times just got a busy signal.

I never received the order. Took my money and now I can't get in touch with anyone.

Almost a month now, still waiting for frames. No response from any of the contacts listed on Website. Phone numbers are useless. Not even an order confirmation was sent. Yet I was charged quickly and promptly began receiving these "how did we do?" E-mails. Nothing good so far.

I ordered glasses in May. It is now July and no glasses, and no answer by E-mail. The address appears not to exist. Its a scam people.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I ordered my glasses over 21 days ago, selected standard shipping and I still have not received them. I have tried multiple times to contact the company but hear nothing back. On their website it says “order fulfilled” yet I’m tracking it on this random website and the website says my order is in Berlin. Not sure if I got scammed or not.

I have not received my eyeglasses, and when I contact KoalaEye all I get are automated, generic replies, if I get any reply at all.

Firstly I really need these glasses Unfortunately they have not arrived. Koala eyes do not reply to my emails or phone calls. Tracking doesn't work so the only efficiency this company has is collection of payment and
numerous requests for reviews.
Just keep your customers informed !!

1. No one responds to emails;
2. Did not receive the Initial Discount via the Coupon for First Time Buyers ($10) that was promised.
3. The Site did not state that the prescription glasses will be shipped form China, if so I would have made a different decision

No size after ordering and I didn’t receive my product at all.

Really disappointed in what I received.
20 days after placing my order I got a package with one pair of glasses with no magnification . I had ordered a diopter of1.75 for two pairs as part of a BOGO deal. I have contacted Koalaeye to initiate a return but have not received any response.

Ordered June 2 and still waiting on my order to ship. Sent multiple emails asking for an update and have received nothing back.

You had canceled my order and refunded my purchase however I never wanted the order to be canceled. I perceived that you thought my lenses would be too thick in the material I had requested but I knew that when I initially ordered them. Please do not allow a customer to order something that is not available. Thank you

I could not order the glasses I wanted because customer service said rimless frames don't come in progressive lenses. Then why advertise it????

slow customer service responses. Order hasn't arrived.

They contacted me quickly when I did an incorrect order for progressive sunglasses and help make a quick exchange of glasses.
I like that they mail/ship to a mail box.
Would like to see a better selection but for the price it is a good selection.
I am excited to get my second pair of progressives from Koalaeye.com!
