Order satisfaction
I ordered x2 Swiss cards on 3rd August and received a package on the 8th with only one in. I contacted Koch & Kochin who replied very promptly to my query and looked into it, by the 10th August I had received my second card. Whatever error had occurred initially I don’t know but the company sorted the problem swiftly without any quibbling and so I am a happy customer.

A speedy and pleasant transaction.
All of the items arrived within a few days of the order. Comms from the system were good especially as the items ordered at the same time were dispatched at different times.

Unfortunately you sent a completely different pan set to the ones I ordered for my friends moving in gift.So I had to buy another set of pans local to them when I visited as we wouldn’t have been able to cook.I have sent you various emails explaining and requesting a refund as I am very much out of pocket.However you have chosen to ignore all my emails.This is not acceptable and I am suffering financially because of your mistake.

Ordered a Swiss army knife that I'd seen for a good price but it was always out of stock so when I saw it in stock I quickly ordered one but I guess I was too slow as it said out of stock. A few weeks passed by and I'd keep checking the website and to my surprise they were back in stock again so I ordered one and 3 days later it was delivered. Been wanting one of these for ages maybe even a couple of years now. Thankyou.
Ordered on the 4th June.
Despatched on 5th June.
Delivered by RM 48 7th June.

The pots and pans are really good…
The pots and pans are really good quality, durable, but light, so easy to use and clean. They all arrived well packed and quickly. I'm very happy with them and am happy to recommend them.

Poor Customer Service
Have yet to receive item but it is not yet delayed. However, tracking information is non existent and what exists does not work which is worrying as they are delivering knives. Customer services must be staffed by inexperienced individuals who are great at “ reaching out” 🥴 but not much help in reality.
