I wanted to buy ONE product and they signed me up for repeated buyinv with a "subscription"! That is utterly criminal.

I am very impressed with this company.
They are all about customer service.
Although the product did not fit my needs when I send an email asking about returning product they answered me same day and took care of my concerns. Ni questions asked they just did the right thing and allowed me to return for a full refund. GREAT COMPANY

I discovered that the CBD vape makes me not go through withdrawal from the nicotine vape after trying to quit for 2 years. Figured it out by accident, but so glad I did.

I ordered these sleep gummies on 03/06 it is now 03/12 and they are still in Texas. I called and they told me maybe ill get them on the eighteenth. Really? Ill never order from them again

They offer many rewards when trying to use them doesn't work.
They offer free products when you get ready place order rewards gone.
Thete terribly expensive why all the gimmicks.

I ordered 2 different strains THC vapes. Indica/Sativa, neither one of them was any good. I probably hit them 20 times, when i did, nothing at all. I’ll never order THC vapes from this company again. I threw both of them right in the trash. Money down the drain .

I've been using Koi gummies to help me sleep and their spray for my pet for years now. They are super effective and always reliable. Pricing is fair and they ship fast.

KOI CBD now requesting to provide pictured state-issued ID if you order gummies from their website. Really? What would be next request? To provide SSN# and fingerprints if you want to order some gummies? There are plenty of other companies that sell CBD oil products without idiotic requirements.

Worst experience ever! Their packaging is so cool and they make you seem like they’re gonna work for you but they don’t. Not even their maximum strength items work. They sent me some samples none of it was good. I don’t know how they are still in business. Don’t waste your money. You may be better off using a local CBD store and try their products.
