Look, I'm picky. I've ordered from probably eight or nine different suppliers over the years and I notice the small stuff. Koi gets most things right. The products are clean, shipping is consistently quick to BC, and the team is easy to deal with. Where they lose a star for me is pricing on a couple of their listings, specifically the higher-dose vials, which I've seen for less elsewhere from companies shipping out of Ontario. Not a dealbreaker because the convenience and reliability are worth something, and I'll still order from them, but worth mentioning if you're comparing prices.

I had a really specific question about my BPC-157 before I ordered, about something most suppliers either don't know or don't bother answering, and the person on the other end actually took the time to explain it properly. Didn't try to talk me into a bigger order, didn't paste a generic response, just answered the question. I've ordered four times since then. The quality has been consistent and same fast shipping too. There's something to be said for a company that treats a first-time buyer the same way they'd treat a returning one.

Switched from a US vendor and not looking back. Decent pricing and didn’t have to deal with problems like currency conversion fees, customs delays, or any other nonsense. Should’ve switched ages ago.

So I want to be fair here because I really like this peptides company. Quality is excellent, no complaints on the products themselves, and the team has been responsive every time I've had a question. My only gripe and the reason I'm not giving five stars is that on my last order one of the vials came with a slightly bent cap. Still sealed and usable, the contents were fine, but it was a little annoying for the price point. I emailed them about it and they offered to send a replacement which I declined because it wasn't a big enough deal, just something to note. Solid company overall.

Pleasantly surprised. Ordered Friday afternoon expecting it Wednesday or Thursday and it showed up Tuesday morning. Vials looked exactly like the photos on the website which honestly isn't always the case with peptide suppliers. Will reorder.

Packaging was simple but everything was intact without any broken seals or weird residue. The Retatrutide I got last time worked exactly the way I expected based on what I'd used previously. I'll keep buying from them, there's nothing to complain about and the prices are a huge plus.
