XXXL on the size chart is actually pretty small. I wear an XL and the XXXL shirt was too small for me.
To address the company's reply. The codt of return (that customers have to pay) and the time to pack and ship make returns not cost effective.

We checked your profile with the find my fit tool and with these shirts having an athletic tapered fit, may not be the best tailoring to suit you. Please feel free to submit a return for refund via the website as unfortunately we do not have the size to suit you. Insane sky high shipping costs to return an item!!
As a first time customer from Canada, I am disappointed to learn about the crazy high shipping costs to return/exchange an item back to you. Costing $170 CAD shipping is way too much. You should at least be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label.
I loved the jeans I received including the quality, but it was too loose and hence i initiated an online exchange for a better fit.

Edit: 13/9/25 We have taken this feedback on board and now we offer subsidised return labels anywhere in the world through our return portal for around $10 USD in most locations. Old: We appreciate your feedback and although we have integrations for cost effective return labels through our returns portal for Australia & USA unfortunately we have not been able to do this for Canada as yet. Most folks use Canada Post for the return at a fraction of the cost you paid for DHL Express which is unfortunate as you had already posted before contacting us and were unable to change to this option.

Nothing against the brand at all. These just weren’t a good fit for me, I tried two sizes and found they highlighted and dug into all of the wrong places. Had to pay return postage both times so I essentially paid $20 for pants that didn’t fit. These things happen with online shopping I guess!

Very long shipping. Supports can't really explain why, a thousand reasons🤨. I waited two pairs of jeans for a month. Not impressed.

Outstanding customer service
They have an outstanding customer service! Unlike my previous experience with a brand "Not So Tailored athletes". I really recommend them, fast replying and helpful.
About the clothes they fit well, they feel well, specially if you have wide shoulders tired of shirts that don't fit. The fabric feels light and breatheable.
There was a small mistake with the delivery and they offered me solutions.
100% recommended.

The waist band is NOT stretchy at all…
The waist band is NOT stretchy at all like advertised I was so disappointed when the pair arrived not to mention I’m a small size ten an the tens they your size guide suggested I buy didn’t even fit my ankles the were super tight, your adds on Facebook show a beautiful four way stretchy pair of jeans with a very stretchy waist band an when I opened mine they wasn’t the case in the slightest so disappointing had they had been like add had shown I would have bought every colour so sad.

Not for well muscled females…
I am a weight lifter though I'm not super heavy. As such, I have well developed thigh and gluteal muscles. Your styles just don't fit me but the inference I got from your site indicated they would. I tried an S and an M. The S was too small, the M too baggy. I used your sizing chart which indicated an M...that wasn't the case. My shape isn't terribly unusual, that said, and I generally fit into an 8 or 9 in jeans.
