This is my second pair of Kokoon…

This is my second pair of Kokoon headphones. I have difficulty turning these ones on sometimes and the sound indicator is a lot quieter. I am not sure if they are on or not. I don’t know if this is a design change or a fault with mine

Replacement for Bose Sleepbuds!

They do take a little while to get used to but these are wonderful! I was struggling to find a replacement for my discontinued Bose Sleepbuds but I have found them in these headphones - recommend!! :)

I like the headphones!

I´ve been using these headphones for quite a while now, but more for running than for sleeping. They fit well and they work well. My only contact with the company was when the device was damaged and I was promptly sent a replacement. From my point of view the customer service was excellent.

Terrible returns experience (KKT-ONE48495)

Terrible returns experience. I informed Kokoon that I wished to return the headphones on the 8th September, well within the 30 day returns period. They provided the returns address after a brief email exchange and the item was successfully returned and signed for on the 14th September. Customer support had been responding to me reasonably consistently up until this point. However, the last email I received from them was on the 10th October, informing me that since partnering with Philips, their responses have tripled. They simply do not have the capacity to handle orders and returns in accordance with their legal obligations. I have since emailed again twice, on the 17th and 24th October, and have heard nothing back. If I do not hear anything by Tuesday 29th October I will be in contact with my bank to process a refund. If they can't handle the level of returns and process refunds within the 10-15 days stated on their website, they should either pause trading or hire more support staff. If the headphones work for you then great, but if not prepare for a long wait followed by radio silence.

It's certainly an upgrade from ear buds.

While it isn't a perfect solution for side-sleepers due to a bit of discomfort when wearing all night, Kokoon is certainly an upgrade from what I was doing before. No noise canceling, but if you've ever been suddenly awakened by making the mistake of rolling onto your Apple Airpods and being deafened by the squeak they emit, you'll not miss that little feature. In short, I'm using these every night and tolerating the little bit of discomfort I experience. I still get a great night's sleep.

Phillips should distance themselves from this awful company

I like many suffer with sleep, I had hoped these may help and the money back promise meant what could go wrong!
I knew instantly these didn't suit me. Promptly returned with evidence.
4 months of complaints, promises, excuses and no refund. My bank had to intervene.
Do not accept their BS.
They will go broke soon if they continue this way.
Call your bank and get your money back fast.
Phillips should remove their trusts brand name from this partnership.

Refund Promise not Honoured

I researched the best noise cancelling earphones after years of foam ear plug use. Kokoon seemed to get good reviews (listed as no 1 on many sites). They are expensive (>£200) but I was reassured by their association with Philips and the promise of a refund if not satisfied. I ordered them in Jan 24.
Delivery was slow but at that stage, the communication from the company was good. Unfortunately, I found them uncomfortable and they did not cancel noise for me despite trying the different sized tips. I requested a refund in Feb 24 and again communication from Kokoon was good. They were returned in Feb and I have still not received a refund or confirmation that the headphones have been received. I have contacted the Kokoon customer services on several occasions. The last communication I received in May 24 I was told “the warehouse is working overtime to process refunds”. I have heard nothing since and have not received a refund 8 months on.
This seems to be a common theme. Very surprised that Philips work with this company. Avoid.

Still no refund!

I received your sleep headphones on 25th January 2024. The order number was
KKT-ONE38974.
I returned it promptly & the tracking with Royal Mail shows you received it back on 5th February.
I received no refund so contacted you on 26th March & 11th June to be told to be patient in receiving my refund.
I have now been waiting OVER 8 MONTHS for a refund.
This is not acceptable.

I use Kokoon every night for Audio and…

I use Kokoon every night for Audio and to track my sleep, but I’m not sure if the sleep tracker is very accurate as it has shown me in rem sleep at a time I know I was awake listening to audio.
But they are comfortable and I wouldn’t be without them.

Product teruggestuurd, geld nog steeds niet onvangen

Product tijdens de proefperiode teruggestuurd aangezien product niet beviel. Product netjes teruggestuurd en geld nog steeds niet onvangen. Ik krijg heb meerdere service aanvragen ingediend, maar krijg nul respons. Ik wacht al meer dan een maand op het geld. Mijn advies: niet doen en vermijd dit bedrijf!

Awaiting Refund

Unfortunately the headphone didn’t suit me, I was unable to get comfortable and I have therefore returned them as instructed with my details. The refund has now been sent although this took longer than I would expect.

The app is terrible

Installing was no problem, but getting the account verified in the app is terrible. After giving my paying data I continuously am throwing out of the app. So I didn’t managed it until now😡

These have changed my life and sleep!

I have spent 20 years struggling with noises and snoring in particular, keeping me awake and this has been a game changer for me!! I had to try a few different sounds but the white noise worked and now my partner snores his head off and it cancels it out. I honestly
Had given up and was sleeping in a separate room but now no anxiety before bed and I sleep through

My only comment is I would like to see what battery percentage I have left each day so I know they will work throughout the night (which they do)

Very Happy …

I had some issues and needed help setting up my subscription. Miriam in support was so helpful! Once I got my app to work everything has been working perfectly. I enjoy the fade part as I fall asleep whatever I’m listening to just fades out so it doesn’t just continue to play while I’m sleeping.
The earbuds are comfortable. I’m enjoying my Kokoon earbuds! The app has great meditations, music, stories for getting to sleep. I like that I can also listen to things on Spotify. Very happy!

Good fit. Good app but no replacement buds.

Neat little buds which fit well and can essily be sound adjusted on the small battery pack. A huge plus thst uou csn listen to any track you can link via bluetooth. Good app.
Only downs; the cables can get stuck in your hair and the buds can fall off. This happrns a lot. Guard thr buds with your life as Kokoon does not offer replacements :-(

Where is our REFUND?

Please can this refund be issued immediately!

Order number: KKT-ONE46996
Tracking number: KD451700918GB

Since returning the Philips sleep headphones on 12/08/24 we have not heard anything back from Kokoon after contacting them 3 times. From the tracking number we know Kakoon received the item on 13/08/24 and that it was signed for. Very bad customer service. No contact number.

If refund is not issued asap then we will be contacting BBC Watch Dog about this company. Kokoon must be held accountable.
