1st parcel should have arrived on the 30th November, it was delayed by DPD, one of your colleagues called me on the 2nd December to say another one would be delivered on Friday the 3rd December.

Fabulous high quality Sri Lankan food
Fabulous high quality Sri Lankan food. We love that the food is authentic and has spicy. The process of ordering is straight forward and the food arrives as planned. Also the team at Kolamba are so helpful and responsive. A fantastic experience.
But please bring back your pork belly curry - this is such an amazing dish and we miss it!

Lovely food erratic portion sizes
Lovely food although the portion sizes were a little erratic. Lots of rice and good sized portions of the vegetable curries but a very small sized chicken curry which should have been the centrepiece. However all were delicious and delivery was quick and well packed. very easy to heat and serve.

Some positives some negatives
The food tasted delicious. Every single dish. Unfortunately I can’t award five stars for two main reasons:
1) The portions were very small; far too small for the recommended two person serving. A prime example is the Ceylon Chicken Curry in that the pouch only contained two small chicken thighs (with the bone still in) meaning that there was actually a minute amount of chicken provided.
2) Despite each label being printed with ‘Use By’, there were no dates given.
A shame to be disappointed.

Delicious
Delicious. We ordered the chicken curry and the jackfruit curry, ate the latter and have frozen the former for another day. The Sambal was particularly good and seriously hot. We were given a voucher for these meals as a birthday present and what a success!
