Konrad completed an urgent boiler replacement for me. He answered my calls/texts promptly, and came out in person to quote. He was punctual, answered my questions and explained the process clearly including potential issues spotted in advance, so I had the full picture. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. I liked that he arrived when he said he would and worked tidily. The boiler installation was completed on time and I was impressed with the level of service. I will for sure keep him in mind for any servicing, heating or plumbing I may need in future.

Konrad did an amazing job with my house and I am so glad we found him! After a previous workman wasn’t able to finish the job Konrad took it on and was very informative and knowledgable. He fitted a brand new heating system, column radiators and valves as well as fitted a tap outside and sorted an old leaking outside toilet. The job was not straight forward due to Konrad taking on someone else’s work however he was fab and kept me in the loop the whole way. He also has a very positive and funny sense of humour which is needed when you do a home renovation!! Thanks so much Konrad!
