I ordered the Summer Set for my wife last month and it was apparently lost in shipping. The customer service representative I’ve been emailing has flat out refused to refund for the lost package. There’s ZERO customer service numbers to call and request additional help! Apparently they don’t refund when packages are lost by USPS. Be careful…..they don’t refund even when you can show proof your package was lost in NJ. BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I visited there website and subscribed my email. I never ordered anything from this company, never saw anything that was worth purchasing. The next day I received a notification from my Cashapp account Sp Kopari Beauty attempted to take 51.00 off my account for no reason or no product. I don't have any idea how they got my card information. I emailed them about this matter, there reply was they never had none of my information in there system. I emailed them back with the screenshot of the declined charge, the next email they pretty much admitted they attempted to charge my card but it declined. Please beware of this company they will try to steal money from any card you may have.

I ordered performance plus aluminum free deodorant, regular sized and the mini.
After waiting 8 days for confirmation or status, I received nothing. I checked my order status and it said fulfilled. The only thing they fulfilled was billing. I wrote to them, via their website. I notified AMX and they are revering the charge. If I could leave a -1 star that's what I would give them.

This company has the worst customer service ever! I never received my product and was told that it's not their problem. They are the shipper but I was told that I need to initiate a claim with the postal service yet no information on shipping, insurance, etc was provided. You can't speak to anyone and response from thier customer service is slow and not helpful.

I am ugc crearot. And recently I received an email from an employee of this company. He offered me a job with this brand for 3 months, and the salary will be $ 5000. After I signed the contract and photos of the products I wanted, and they were supposed to send them to me for free. They claim that I have to pay $ 100 for the delivery of these products. I transferred the money to Zelle. And after that they say: "Furthermore, sorry for the delay and a little inconvenience but Ronald is currently not available to complete your payment in respect to health complications with him which was reported late" and ask me to transfer the same amount again to another bank account, without helping me return the money I have already sent. This is definitely a complete scam. They never returned my money.

A year ago I purchased 6 bottles of Hydrating Vitamin C Shower Oil and 6 Ultra Restore Body Butter and 1 replacement for the body butter. Out of the 6 shower oils only 1 of the pumps worked, for a while. I had to keep moving the working pump to the new shower oil. After 4 moves it finally gave out. I've struggled to use the remaining 2 without working pump. I gifted 5 of the body butters keeping 1 plus the replacement for myself. When it came time to replace the empty tub with the new tub in the jar I wasn't able to remove the old tub. I wrote to Kopari explaining my situation. They sent me back a canned response and did not address either of my problems that I wrote them about. I replied that I didn't appreciate their condescending canned response and to please provide solutions to my very real problems. Their response, they don't offer replacement pumps nor do they sell them and they don't have an "official solution" they can share with me to remove the old tub from the body butter jar. This kind of customer service is why we cannot support small businesses. They lack infrastructure. Most frustrating. I tried to support a women-owned business based in CA and this is what I got. Utterly ridic.

Good products, shipping speed ok, prices on the high side

Love their toothpaste! Customer service is hit-or-miss.
