I have found that it’s nice and easy to use good discounts billing comes in with lots of time before payment and let you know good amount of time to make sure you have the money together and ready

Great to have a readily available…

Great to have a readily available petrol card for use. Times like these when prices rise everywhere from gas to Kai I appreciate having this to utilise when I need it. Love that payments are made monthly and that it’s there when I really need it. Appreciate this company and all it does for everyone. Thank you so much.

Super easy way to fuel up

Call centre is so helpful in assisting with rookie questions etc. Such an easy concept and works well (when you use the correct card)

Great communication

Great communication. Fast responses and quick to action fuel limit increase requests. Much needed when the price of fuel flies through the roof over night.

No hassle. I used the card the first time. Made a call and it was promptly answered and was guided how to use the card. All sorted.

Hopeless

Nothing. Haven't used it because it won't work. Tried a pin never worked then get charged a couple of dollars for nothing. I'd tried to message and cancel but noone replied. Terrible service. 0000 is my rating so far

Hi Larry, we're really sorry you had an experience that is not in line with what we would normally expect to hear from our customers. I have looked at your account to see the messages you have sent to us - but there is nothing tagged to you. We have had instances where there is confusion around how to use our card - as it is a payment card not a discount programme. But even so, you have cancelled one month after signing up which makes us all feel sad. We have seen an unprecedented explosion in enquiries since this fuel crisis is continuing on, and hence sometimes our phones have been overloaded, but I feel we could have helped you out with your PIN, and also asked if you have seen the How to Kora video on our website which helps to show how to use our cards. Very happy new customer!

With everything around becoming more and more challenging, fuel supply was no surprise!
Kora offered a great option for us! So we can get a good discount on fuel and pay once a month.

Review

When I went to fill up I only put in half a tank $193.76

Application form asked when would I like payment to come out weekly, fortnightly, or monthly . I ticked monthly and it came out on 10th April ten days later.So my question would be , why bother asking if your going to take payment when you want anyway.

Thanks for raising this — we can understand how that would be frustrating. The payment timing you select (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) applies once your account is fully up and running. The first payment can sometimes be processed earlier depending on when your account is set up and your first transactions come through.
In terms of the card not working on your second fill, that’s usually linked to account limits or available balance — our team would be happy to take a closer look and help. Feel free to flick us a message so we can sort it for you.

Poor support team service and subscription clarity

I was made to fill out 3 applications, write countless emails, submitted at least 3 seperate documents for address verification and call countless times over several months just to get signed up.

After all of this I was hit with a subscription payment which I specifically looked for when signing up but was not disclosed anywhere.
