Koracao is a good product I have been using for over half a year and it helps with blood circulation and health i recommend this product for anyone who has problems with blood circulation you will feel the difference with your heart health once you give this koracao cacao a try

Been ordering for a year, love the taste although a little bitter for me I like to add a little Splenda and tastes really good. I use the sleepy chocolate with milk every night. Easy to change shipping date or delay shipping.

I have purchased three of their products and I am a repeat customer. The sleep elixir is a blessing not only does it taste wonderful but I fall asleep much faster and sleep through the night now. It has become part of my night time ritual. They ship quickly and I have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing from them. Excellent quality products.

Ive lost track of how long i have been a member and received bags monthly of this wonderful product. I always look forward to receiving my new shipment every month. Melting a nub of Koracao raw cacao with my mushroom coffee has become my morning ritual for a while. And this combo gives me more energy to last my whole day than a regular cup of coffee.

The product is first of all delicious and I really enjoy the richness of it with my creamer. Packaging is excellent and delivered on time.

I have been using Koracao for almost a year now and am very satisfied with the intense chocolate earthy rich flavor of the product. Indeed, many of my afternoons have been happily spent resting deeply and feeling nurtured by this delicious ceremonial cacao. I am a 100% fan of their fair trade product.

The service was very good with this company and the products are even better. I use it in my coffee and it makes me feel full and ready for my day. It helps me avoid a lot of the junky snacks that I used to go for.

Absolutely the best cacao I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot. I can’t get enough of this drink. I started drinking last year towards the end of the summer,as delicious as it was I thought I might take a break during the summer but decided to try it cold. I prepare a batch the night before and refrigerate it overnight. I keep it in a thermos/water bottle and drink all day. If anything I probably drink more than I need to but it’s just so good. I used to drink tea or mushroom coffee but this is such a perfect alternative. The only issue I had once was when they were out of stock but I found that the customer service was second to none, professional friendly and as accommodating as they could possibly be under the circumstances. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Well done Koracao.

I’m honestly shocked at the negative reviews here. I have purchased multiple products from Koracao on multiple occasions and never had any problems at all. The products came in a timely manner, were as advertised and were delicious too. Knowing it is ethically sourced makes it even better. I don’t drink coffee so I just drink this straight, sometimes adding a little soy milk. I would certainly recommend the products and the company, and have.

100% do not recommend. Everything that can go wrong, went wrong. No order, when I tracked it after a week, my order could not be found. Twice, I contacted their customer service on their site, without response. It was only due to me commenting in the open on their social media ads, and replying to a group customer email that I got their attention. When it arrived, my order was incomplete. Packaging does not reflect actual contents. I won't be back and will never recommend.

Impossible to cancel subscriptions for their "Koracao Club". Their communication is non-existent and when I heard back from "Jessica", I was told that my subscription was canceled only to have them charge me TWO HOURS LATER. I immediately wrote to have that canceled, and was told that orders couldn't be refunded once they were purchased. To make matters worse, a week later they charged me AGAIN. I had to call my bank to completely block their company to prevent this from happening.

Well, I added a product in the cart and then forgot about it, and basically decided to not buy. They called me to ask why I did not buy, fairly aggressively. I did not consent for them to use my email to send reminders about cart items. I don't even remember entering my phone number. I don't like predatory companies that misuse communication data.

I would give them a zero if possible. I ordered over a month ago and they took my money immediately and said I would get the cacao in five business days. They still have not provided me a confirmation number—- and no tracking number has been provided. Their communication is horrendous at best, and they are difficult to reach. I would never waste your money on them.

I ordered the ceremonial chocolate, and a month later received a email saying there was a shipping delay. Still have not received the product. I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering.
