Helps my eyes absorb moisture
I like these eye patches and feel like they help my skin absorb moisture. The packaging is terrible and I feel like could be much more efficient for the product to not be wasted therefore minus one star I do have sensitive skin, and these do not irritate my eyes this is the second round ordering eye patches from this company and shipping is always prompt.

mask is slippery
shipping took a while. The mask itself does not stay on face unless you're lying down. If your trying to wear it while doing things it slides off your face. I don't have 2-3 hours to lie down with a mask on my face

Review about customer service experience only
The only thing this review is regarding is the customer service as I have not yet received the product. I will say their customer service is excellent and when I needed help with an order issue and an address issue they were amazing. Not only did I get help from a human but they resolved both of my issues right away for me instead of having me go to 100 different places on their website that are impossible to find like a lot of other companies do. They also did not argue or make me jump through hoops when I requested a refund because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Kimberly was the customer service rep I had the pleasure of working with and she went above and beyond to help me. I really hope this product works because this is a company I want to spend my money at because of their awesome employees. Thank you Kimberly for all your help and your sincere kindness and patience with me. Koreana is lucky to have you and they should give you a raise because you are a diamond in the rough when it comes to customer service!

I love the Koreana masks and gel. I saw good results with the mask as far as texture of my skin, the gel was a good night cream and very soothing. I asked that a subscription I didnt remember signing up for be removed and they did that promptly.

Still early
It’s a little early yet to really tell how well it is working but it doesn’t seem like my skin has gotten worse.
On another matter, is the delivery service you use. Our Ring camera caught the delivery of my item. The young man just THREW the package about 15 feet to our porch. It hit a post, bounced off and he had to come and pick it up to place it where it needed to be. I was surprised the jar was not damaged. Great packaging!! However, I’d consider using another delivery service.

I like the mask and under eye patches…
I like the mask and under eye patches but both are hard to keep on.
Also please show real women, over 50 if that is your market. In case anyone wants to know i am 76 with great skin considering but still need support to make progress. My goal is looking at least 15 years younger. You helped but please don’t use 20 year olds in your adds.
