What you’re describing can happen with certain formulations, where the serum may separate into a watery and oily phase. In these cases, we recommend gently shaking the product before use to help the ingredients blend again.
Results from serums can also vary depending on skin type and how long the product has been used, and effects are not always immediately visible.
We completely understand that this can feel disappointing. If you’d like, we’d be happy to help you find a product that suits your skin better.
