Easy and efficient to use
This was my first time using any sort of proxy service, and from what I could gather it seemed like the most simple and convenient service to use when I was looking at other services.
They take care of the whole ordering process for you and are very transparent with you about the costs and what is happening with your order at each stage of the process.
It was great that they were also very responsive and answered any questions that I had. Their service fee is also pretty reasonable considering they take care of the whole order process, and especially compared to other proxy services where their fees are higher and you still have to order the products yourself and fill out the Korean address yourself.
Definitely recommend and will be using KoreanBuddy again!

OK but not meet the standard of proxy service
I have used Koreanbuddy for 4-5 times and also use other Korean proxy service agents. I have to say that Koreanbuddy is OK to use, but it is not that great as many bloggers give the reviews to it.
They are fast to answer your messages but fail on many requests you ask them. When they accept your requests, sometimes they don't do it and not even notify you.
For example, I told them once that I wanted to change my shipping address because I moved to another area. They answered me right away that they would do that for me and THEN, when the parcel arrived, I found that they did not change the address as they said! It is very horrible for me to take 3-4 hrs ride to my old address to pick the parcel without preparing anything.
That was one of many mistakes they made on my requests, there're also issues about the items ,the packages etc.
Compare to other Korean proxy service agents, I think Koreanbuddy does not meet the standard. If you use some proxy service from Japan or US before, you may get annoyed at them easily because they often fail on your requests and not care or considerate of your orders much.
In conclusion, I don't recommend Koreanbuddy. You can get the better service with more reasonable price from other Korean agents these days.
