I saw the products advertised on instagram as korean beauty products. What was delivered after 3 months were products made in china with no name brand. It is entirely different from the products I ordered & paid for. I wonder what recourse there is for what has happened.

This company accepts orders, sends emails saying the goods will be shipped in 2 days, then you never hear from them again. If you complain they just cancel the order

Ordered a sungboon editor product, got something completely different worth a fraction of the price. Tried to email the customer service line and they blocked my emails. Please be aware this is a scam!

Deep collagen does not work, gone cloudy and smelly. Company does not refund as advertised if not happy. Beware, big scam

No stars if I could do that. The product is fake do not waste your money. The box of the product came damaged, even I didn’t open the products as it’s saying Made in China. Do not buy it !

I have brought the product 2 times before and was happy. They had a buy one get one free and it was perfect because I was running low.

Like 20 gold threads in the bottle
It had a perfume, mine did not
The bottle was different
The syringe was different
Had some cheap metal pull tap on the bottle
So I checked
Same website
Same purchase through shop
Same address sent from
I am so angry
Sent a email no reply
So can’t contact
Do not buy they hook you in then send out some crap in a bottle
Shame on them

1 star is generous. I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for my product to be shipped. Company will not respond to m emails asking for an update.

I would not purchase from this company again.

Cheap looking products that do not look like the collages ampoules on their website at all. Made in China. Wish I was clever enough to read the reviews here before buying and wasting my money on a scam.

My first and definitely last impulse buy. I should have known better than to skip the reviews. I ordered SUNGBOON EDITOR Deep Collagen from their website and instead I was sent some random brand, EELHOE, which I have never even heard of.

And now, surprise surprise, they have completely disappeared, no response, no way to contact them. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m bought what was supposed to be Sungboon Editor’s silk peptide intensive ampoule. That is was the photos show and the description describes. Instead I got a cheap copy made in China ( which is not Korea!). Having used the real product the difference in ingredients and packaging is very noticeable. So far customer services have been very responsive and explained it as a “ packaging change”. The truth is they are copying successful Korean beauty products in China. They are in breach of goodness knows how many laws. So if it seems too good to be true in this instance it definitely is.

Fake company. Fake products. Refusing to refund me.
Do not buy. They also put me on an automatic rolling payment plan without my permission. AVOID this fake company. I have reported them.

Scam of a company. Ordered some items and different (cheap and rubbish) brands arrived... no response via email...

It is an absolute scam! Close them Down! I ordered Sungboon Editor Silk peptide and they delivered an Eelhoe Silk peptide product, which i(conveniently) looks exactly the same, but it is a cheap (and possibly dangerous) version of Sungboon Editor. Do not buy from there.

i have ordered their ampule serum and what i have received its completely different packaging. I didnt even open it since its not same packaging i know they send just some cheap temu item. And then there is problem obviously with return because company is from USA.

I have received my order and it looks cheap and nothing like the website! One bottle looks like white water. I’m not happy!

I ordered their Sungboon silk peptide deep collagen intensive ampoule, but a different brand named Eelhoe got delivered to me. Upon checking different sources, it turned out to be an inferior product and there were so many negative reviews about it. When I reached out to them, they didn’t respond at all. Only when I started commenting on their instagram post, did they messaged me and said they recently rebranded to Sungboon which is absolutely false upon checking the sources. They wouldn’t respond or refund the money or even send the original products. I have been absolutely scammed by Korean Skin Therapy.

I ordered the CC cream. I received the wrong product, which was inferior. I have been trying to get my money back but still waiting. They are terrible. DO NOT buy products from this company!

Waited a month, order not arrived. Emailed and no reply.
Asked for a refund, still waiting.
Now feel conned.
