Terrible after-sales experience. Avoid booking here at all costs: there's no security guard, and they refuse to pay for damage caused by their own negligence.
I live in D Block Kots Serein, which has had no dedicated security guard since I moved in. I raised this in writing and was told a guard would be arranged "on priority", but more than a month later there's still no guard and still no date. Then my electric scooter's seat was torn apart in the covered parking, apparently by a stray dog. The on-ground staff admitted stray dogs had got in before and damaged other scooters. Security is part of the charges tenants pay, yet Kots refused to reimburse the damage and pointed to "own risk" clauses in the agreement. To make it worse, they wrongly treated my complaint as a notice to vacate. If you value your safety or your belongings, look elsewhere.
