Kotul Healthcare Avis 

Have had a phobia about dentists since I was a child really bad experience and have never been to the dentist for at least 30 years, my teeth have always been awful 😖 discoloured and wonky and I have always been ashamed of them!!
I took the plunge after my partner had his done and I am delighted with the result!! I can't stop smiling ☺️
The care and kindness I was shown was amazing I can't thank the team enough for what they have done for me!!
From being a quivering wreck when I first went in the whole team totally looked after me!!!

I would 100 percent recommend Kotul
I've wanted my teeth done for years and After alot of research I decided to go to Kotul, Monty was my first contact with them and wow felt totally at ease straight away, he answered all my questions and trust me there were alot but nothing was to much for him a genuinely lovely guy, so I went in April with a plan and price for all my teeth out and all on 4 implants at the top and all on 6 at the bottom, the plan and price stayed exactly the same, I had no pain at all, there was some swelling, bruising and a little discomfort after but nothing that I wasn't expecting for the procedure I had done and it was gone by the time I went home, all the staff were absolutely lovely, the dentist who did my procedure was very professional and caring and the lady that measured up for my dentures was also the same, I came back in August for the fitting for my final teeth and again nothing was to much for them, from helping me pick my shape and colour, to the attention to detail and care I received was second to none by all involved and they feel so comfortable and I can actually eat anything I want for the first time in years, I really can't thank you all enough for giving me my smile and confidence back, you have all been amazing, thankyou again, lots of love and smiles Yvette 😃

I literally can’t praise Kotul enough, had my smile transformed over a year ago and now recommended so many people/family and results are life changing. Still keep in touch as Monty and the team are so professional, wasn’t pressured by sales teams, I’d been to many in Uk for consultations they were not on same level. I have also had friends and family go back for surgical procedures and they thank me for the recommendation. So grateful to the team at Kotul you won’t be disappointed!

All the staff were Amazing!
Monty informed me of my transfer times well in advance each day
I had all my teeth removed and the implants put in, all on 4 at the top and all on 6 at the bottom
I had no bruising just a little swelling and a little discomfort from the temporary dentures that looked great
I am going back in a couple of weeks for my finals and I will update again on how it all goes

I was so nervous before I even thought about having treatment. I had spoken to many clinics until I was recommended to speak to Monty from Kotul. I was instantly eased. I was told exactly what I would need and the cost was clear and everything was detailed. Of course it could change after X-rays. But it really didnt. Some things were added, but some were also taken off. I wasn't charged for anything that wasn't needed. Everything was explained by Monty. And he really did make me relax. Once I got to the arrivals I had difficulty finding my transport. A simple message to Monty and my driver found me. Straight to the hotel. And was given a pick up time for the next day. I need to comment now on the pick ups..... I saw other people for other clinics that were given slots like between 8 and 12 and they had to wait around....not with Kotul. The driver was there on time every single day. Every time I went to the clinic I was greeted at the door and taken in and made to feel so welcome. I was so impressed by the facilities. The cleanliness. The amount of attention to detail. You really have to experience it to believe it. The Dr's and clinicians were amazing. Every single one of them. I had many root canals and I had a specialist for my front teeth and a different one for my back teeth. Everything was explained. I have been back for 9 months now and everything has been fine. I even went to my uk dentist for a check up and he said all looks fine but he can't touch me anymore. Which is fine because I don't anticipate problems. To close this, the experience from start to finish was amazing. If you are thinking about treatment in turkey.... just reach out to Kotul and Monty.... see for yourself.

The staff were fantastic, the procedure went seamlessly, so efficient with all the latest equipment, and spotlessly clean, highly recommended.

My whole experience at kotul healthcare was great. I recently visited for labiaplasty surgery and hoodoplasty. The team as a whole were great and very supportive and most importantly the results were great! I would recommend booking with kotul, the experience was a breeze and felt so easy. Monty and the team are all so welcoming and I’m sure I’ll be visiting again in the future ❤️

I did my own research and finally decided to with Kotul
They offered me all the services I wanted and answered all my questions in good time
The price they offered me stayed the same so I had no surprises
They carried out the work in a time frame they had set
I’m more than pleased with the outcome of their work and have had lot of good feedback from family and friends
I cannot recommend Kotul highly enough

For me, I can not fault Kotul Healthcare and the Team,
They have been amazing, and I highly recommend using them!

Myself i did not do a lot of research. I went with real people's opinions. But what really sold me to chose Kotul Healthcare, was the genuine response, and connection with "Monty" who helps arrange your visit, and treatment plan.
I felt no pressure, (unlike other companies) he always got time to answer any questions. And makes sure you feel at ease before, during and after your treatment! And genuinely "ok" for a Man United Fan.... 🤔🫣🤣

Kotul Healthcare: My personal Day by Day review.

Monday Day 1:
I had my first appointment, and met Monty and the team at Kotul, it was amazing to see how welcoming they are, and friendly!
After having a few xrays, I met with the Dental Guy (really bad I cant remember his name) who was going to do the job!
He explained that there will be no chance saving any teeth, what i knew anyway, and will need extensive bone grafts 🫣
I think the cost was added to my final charge of about 300£ not much really. And I expected this before arrival.
I agreed and he took out the top set of teeth, And added 6 implants, did not feel a thing when having it, apart from the small prick of the needle.
Numbing took about 30mins
And all together took about 2 hours.
Pain relief given was some good sh*t lol what i did need in the evening

Tuesday Day2:
This was the worse day for me I think, having the lower set removed, this took a little longer and 4 teeth was a nightmare for him to get out imo, but I did not feel any pain while he was doing it, and the both graft was ok, even though my lower set needed alot more work doing :(
I recommend using the ice packs they give on your journey back, but also worth taking some gel pads that you can get on amazon,
On the night the pain was really bad, but painkillers helped, and sleeping helped as well 😆

Wednesday Day 3:
Still very swollen, like I've been in a fight with Mike Tyson...
Eating and drinking is a challenge, but you do adapt easy enough,
Had a short visit to the clinic to have the mould done for the temp teeth, the lady's were brilliant as well! And as normal!

Thursday Day 4:
I was due to have my temps fitted, but there was trouble with a Driver having a accident at some point,
So myself and another 2 people had to go to the clinic early to be prepped again with moulds so the temps could be redone, but as before, the team were so professional, and quick. And back to the hotel for more rest.

Friday Day 5:
I went back to the clinic to have my temp teeth fitted,,, and they were adjusted to fit and felt ok, but "big" 🫣
**Please beware, you may feel pain when they are fitted, as they are fitted with a silicone base, and you need to bite down for around 5mins, to get the mould of your gums, and it will stick to some of the stitches**
I've opted not to wear them until my stitches are out, as my gums are still quite sore, though I have put them in for about 30mins each day to try and get use to them,

After getting back to the UK 🇬🇧 early Sunday morning, I tried them again, but as I have such a small mouth, I couldn't stop gagging, what is wierd as i didnt gag once when they were being fitted, it may be my mouth adjusting to this as they are not stuck in with Fixident yet as I still have stitches. So best to wait.

I decided on Kotul on a gut instinct which was spot on.
Through the whole process I never had any pain apart from the 2nd to last day. The pain didn't last long at all and I think it was more the nerves than actual pain and it was completely gone within half an hour. Monty answered all questions I had even though I sent quite a few late at night when I was thinking about it and didn't want to forget. ( I never expected him to answer then) but 98% of the time he answered within minutes. The team knew exactly what needed done and got on with it and apart from being a little nervous when I could see something wasn't right but couldn't understand it got fixed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that asked where I went.

I had contacted some clinics directly before a friend recommended Kotul and Monty, and that was that. The end of the hard sell, replaced by care, compassion and professionalism. This team cares about you, the results, and is proud of the work they do. Five-star treatment, from real, genuine humans, just great people. Ramiz was my coordinator, and he was just so kind and reassuring, a great asset. The dental team were exceptional, true talent. I had issues, and initially, they thought I might need three visits, but they worked so hard for me and magicked that all away. No issues with a perfect smile. If I did get some issues, I know Kotul would absolutely be on it. Fantastic experience and absolute professionals. This is what healthcare should be for everyone. Thank you.

My husband previously had treatment at Kotul, I was sceptical at first but the treatment my husband got was brilliant. So I decided to get a quote to have my crowns renewed whilst there June 2025. I got a quote to renew my crowns and one implant. We went back in Sept 2025 where I started my treatment. Last visit April 2026 to finish the implant, each time I could not fault the service. The staff are so friendly, they keep you updated on what they are doing, excellent service from pickup at the airport all transfers for treatment from hotel to dental surgery. Monty is an excellent co-ordinator, I would highly recommend them.

Recently had an amazing experience. As a nervous patient who hates the dentist.
I was well taken care of at every step. All staff were friendly welcoming and extremely respectful. Would recommend to anyone. I’ve already received a lot of compliments on the results !

My partner attended Kotul Healthcare for implants and crowns everything went very smoothly from pickup from the airport to all of his treatment which surprisingly was completely pain free !. Any questions or worries Monty replied immediately which was great. The warranty is excellent and the clinic advise to return for check ups to ensure there are no problems again they also collect you from airport. I done a lot of research and Kotul came up top. Also no sudden price increases, on my partners 2nd visit for fitting of implants and crowns he had 7 root canals at no extra charge.

I honestly had the most amazing experience from start to finish. My first visit was with two friends, and then I returned on my own — and both times I was looked after so well.
Monty went above and beyond. He even messaged me at 5am before my flight to wish me a safe journey and reassured me that someone would be there to meet me when I landed, which instantly put me at ease. Throughout my whole trip, he checked in regularly and made sure I was okay, even on days I didn’t see him in person.
The dental team were incredible. The girls made me feel so comfortable, and when it came to choosing the style and colour of my teeth, I felt completely listened to. Nothing was ever too much trouble — if I wanted something changed, they did it without hesitation.
I had a slightly tricky bite, and the dentist took so much time and care to get everything absolutely perfect. You can really tell they care about their work and their clients.
I couldn’t be happier with my teeth or the whole experience. My advice to anyone going — speak up and be clear about exactly what you want, because they really do listen.

This clinic is top notch!
I was there in June and due to my own fault of not having xrays I was devastated when I learnt I had severe bone loss and was not able to have my implants. Monty told me don't give up just yet let me talk to a few people. He spoke with a surgeon while I was still in Turkey that wanted to rush me thru to get surgery done while I was there. Monty said no that is not safe and you will not do my client like that. It could be a matter of life and death!
Was I disappointed absolutely! I kept thinking if I had been with another clinic they would of done my surgery just to get the money and not cared if I had problems after I got back to the USA. Yes I flew 23 hours to have surgery left very disappointed but thankful.
About 3 months went by and the wonderful Monty reached out and said he had an appointment with a surgeon he trusted and that he could do my surgery by using zygomatic implants. I went last week had my surgery and I can not tell you how wonderful everyone from the surgeon, dentist, xray tech, dental assistant, Ramiz, camera man, even the driver that took me to my appointments were AMAZING.
Kotul may not be the cheapest or the most expensive but they truly care about the work they put out but more than that they care about the well being of their patients. They care if you are going to have problems later on. They have pride in proformance.
What they tell you your price is will not change but most of all of it is not safe they will not do something just to get your money like some of the other I have read about.
I am forever grateful that people like these people still exist.

From the first text to my implants being put in my mouth and then saying goodbye to all the staff the service was fantastic and they couldn’t do enough to help me and make sure I was happy including all the transfers and transport any pain medication that I needed any help I needed when I was back in the uk all I had to do was text and the response was rapid and helpful I can’t recommend these guys and their services enough thank you very much

I have just arrived home from Antalya and kotul healthcare after doing months of research in to the best dental surgery available. I couldn’t have wished for a better surgery as I have always been extremely nervous of visiting the dentist and Monty and ramiz put my mind at ease. Dr handi and Eylem did a fantastic job and nothing was to much for them. I would highly recommend kotul healthcare to anyone thinking of having wonderful looking teeth. Thank you once again.

This is a very professional clinic all the staff are excellent 💯 they make you feel so comfortable there like part of my family not one bad word about the people or the clinic in excellent condition with the state of the art machines .would I recommend this clinic 💯 percent. .
I was so nervous because I had 90% of my teeth out and inplants sinus lift + bone graft i was reassured that all would be fine after the treatment i had no swelling or bruising whatsoever absolutely incredible clinic

The whole experience from getting off the plane and being met by my taxi to being took to the airport to come home was great, everything was on time and all the staff at Kotul was professional and caring and informative.
Monty was fantastic and nothing was any trouble at any time of the day
We talked a lot through WhatsApp and he sent me my pickup times for the clinic every evening
I was having all on 4 on my top teeth and all on 6 on the bottom so obviously I was anxious but they was sooo good I only felt the mildest discomfort throughout the whole process 😁
Can't wait to go back in 3 months and get my permanents 😁
The hotel was nice and did a special diet for dental patients 👍and right on the sea too
Overall I had a great experience and everyone was fantastic and I would highly recommend Kotul for anyone thinking of having any dental work done❤️❤️
