It's a shame that they sell these non-original Stanley products and display misleading advertising to obtain money. I'm going to officially report their page. Just wait a few days and your cell phone number too, to prevent more people from falling for their scams with products with misleading advertising. 👎 I am a content creator and all subscribers will know it, just wait.

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store. The quality of the products was extremely poor, and the customer service and management were equally unsatisfactory. The item I received did not match the description at all—it was fragile and of very low quality (like suuuper low), despite claims that it could support up to 100kg. In reality, it could barely support the weight of a single plate.

After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including providing video evidence of the product’s flaws, the company refused to acknowledge any problem. I found their responses dismissive and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and strongly advise everyone to never purchase from this store.

And honestly
1 star is too much for them!

Very low profile quality the worst extremely unprofessional customer service I sent pics on their whatsap the only unqualified customer care insists that there was nothing wrong with the pics except for one item . And btw there was a missing item that I was charged for really the worst experience ever

I’ve had a terrible experience shopping with Kourani Store across 3 separate orders, and I feel compelled to share my frustration.
First Order - May 31, 2024: I ordered around 24 insulated double wall bottles, but when they arrived, about 7 of them weren’t double wall at all. They didn’t preserve the temperature of liquids as expected. I only discovered this issue after a month, and customer service refused to do anything about it, claiming I should have noticed sooner. I understand there’s a time limit for complaints, but this was very disappointing.
Second Order - July 12, 2024: I ordered 50 electric water dispensers. Unfortunately, 5 of them had faulty USB charging wires. Customer service promised to send replacements, but it’s now months later, and I still haven’t received them. No follow-up or updates, just complete disregard for my issue. I don't even want the replacements anymore.
Third Order - July 30, 2024: I ordered 5 more double-wall bottles, after seeing them listed on their website. Customer service even confirmed the colors of the bottles with me and referred to them as “double wall”. However, when they arrived, none of the bottles were DOUBLE WALL!! They claimed that they had told me during my first order that they no longer carried double-wall bottles. Despite that, these bottles were still advertised as “double wall” on their website, and they had referred to them as such in the conversation before the delivery. They refused to take any action and offered no resolution.

I have saved all the conversations as proof, but Kourani Store has shown no intention to resolve these issues. I won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to be cautious.

ZERO STAR... I placed a small order, few days later, while tracking the order, it says completed, Theresa option to order again as well ( usually I get this option o ce receive my order on other normal sites)..
Now checking the order after more than a week, it says cancelled...
Terrible business people, they have no knowledge or respect towards business and customers

I order 2 items from this website the first one is not matching the description at all, poor quality. For the second item they sent me a different color, not the one i specified, simply because they are out of stock and now they are not responding
