AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS. This company is a complete scam. I ordered the sandals believing the ad that they were good quality. Boy was I wrong. They are dollar store quality Croc knockoffs made of cheap thin molded plastic. Plus they are sized small so don't even fit. I should have checked the reviews before buying and let my mistake be a lesson to you. Plus the return and exchange policy is an even bigger scam. DO NOT BUY this product.

The granite trekers are a cheap CROC knockoff, I could live with that, but the sizing is way too small, I take a 10.5, so I ordered an 11, still too small. Then there is the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, not happy, that's ok just send the product back to their overseas fulfillment center (China)along with a 25 percent restocking fee. These guys are a total scam, don't do business with them.

I bought these trek sandles from Kova website, they are so cheapily made I am emmbarssed for them, there is no adjustable strap, the middle of the sole is paper thin, has very little/light grip on the outside. If you realy want these shoes you can buy the same ones of Temu for $15.

at best these maybe good for the shower, i dont seem them lasting that long in the shower either, Brutal, misleading not worth $5

Prohibitive Shipping Costs: You are forced to ship the shoes back to an overseas warehouse entirely at your own expense. By the time you track it and pay the high international shipping rates, you’ve spent more than the shoes are worth, which is exactly what they count on.

I fell for the sleek marketing hoping for a great pair of shoes, but the final product is an absolute disappointment. Do not let their professionally designed website fool you—save your money and stay far away from Kova Vancouver.

This is in reference to order #2155. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. THE MOST DANGEROUS FOOTWEAR EVER TRIED. EXTREMELY POOR PRODUCT QUALITY. AND APPARENTLY ARE INCAPABLE OF RESPONDING TO EMAILS.

Terrible quality, a very long time to get the item Turns out they’re not a Vancouver company it comes from overseas. I thought I was buying a Canadian product which it absolutely is not would never use them again.

Kova Vancouver is not in Vancouver at all it is a Chinese Drop Shipping Company that sends you absolute garbage products and it takes 3 weeks to get to your mailbox. I'm not even going to try and deal with their refund department I'm just going to charge back on my credit card. Do nor purchase. Not Canadian. Cheap Chinese garbage. Lesson learned

Purchased Trend Soft Ammunition mens black sandal…absolute garbage!! First off, quality is extremely poor, wanted refund and was presented poor options, full refunds not allowed without me paying shipping and 25% re-stocking fee!! Secondly, 2 weeks of casual wear and already worn out treads!!
DO NOT waste your money, stay with Crocs!!!

Utter garbage, Dollar Store plastic quality. Shipping was over 3 weeks from China NOT Vancouver. Do yourself a favour and get real Crocs not these poor knockoffs.

Ordered 2 pair of sandals roughly $115 on sale, regular price was $99 each, from what I was led to believe, was a Canadian company in BC. Shipping was directly from China, 3 weeks, and when the sandals arrived they had stickers from Temu. Sure enough, the exact same sandals, same photos, same everything was on Temu for $9. This company is a complete scam reselling cheap products from Temu and marking up prices x10. Don't be fooled by their website and products that appear to be good quality - they are not. Plus they charge a 25% "restocking" fee which is another scam since they don't actually stock anything. Don't be fooled.

I just got the granite trek sandals in, they fit great and are comfortable, although shipping took longer then advertised the whole procedure was smooth

This is a dropshipping scheme. The site was only registered in August 2025 even if they claim to have a legacy in Vancouver CA. They have no determinable office in Vancouver or storefront even. They shipped via a Chinese based logistics company which is a red flag.
