19 days and my refund of $96.82 is not in my account yet... plus cost me $17 to ship the belts back. I really need that money to be refunded now...

Luka was great. The belts were sent to the wrong house, but corrected ASAP. The belts are really interesting, and a must see!! Customer service was quick to respond. Thank you Luka!!

If I had the option to provide a lower rating, I certainly would. The belts took nearly two months to arrive, and I finally received them on March 17th. One belt measured 44 inches, while the other was 46 inches long, and they felt as though they were constructed from plastic. They were so large that they could have wrapped around me twice. I contacted the company via email, including attached pictures, to request a return label. After weeks without a response, I resent the email. A few days after my second email, on April 9th, I received the email below, but I have not been able to establish contact since then, nor have I received a refund or a replacement.
Please do not waste your time or money.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Complete garbage! Not real leather, buckle is cheap and flimsy. Started a return, they received their products back but still have not returned my money!! So I’m out of product and money!
When they feel like returning my email they blame my bank, saying that they keep having issues with my return.
Shop somewhere else!!!

Don't do it. Unfortunately I ordered from another site that gave them 4 stars. Ordered three belts as gifts on 3/13/26. Received on 3/25/26. Two of the three were good. One was broken. Sent email on 3/25. "Luka the founder", replied 3/26 asking for photos that were sent on 3/25. Sent again. He replied on 3/27, the gist of the email was he apologized said they would be out immediately. 4/27, no replacement yet, sent email explained they were gifts please send ASAP. 4/28, he replies again. Said there was an issue on their part. Apologizes, said it would be out immediately and he would oversee it himself. 5/16 still no belt. Sent another email asking for a tracking number. 5/23 still no response and still no belt.

Received my Kowby (knife in a buckle) "buy 1 get 2 free" belt deal today. Shipped and received in a timely manner. These belts were in a Polymailer/not boxed as I would have expected, but they survived the trip. First off the buckle with incorporated knife is fairly heavy made of stainless steel and seems to work smoothly. A novel idea and cool! The belt however is underwhelming. Made of "engineered " leather. In other words not leather. The loops are stapled together haphazardly and one has already disappeared. The tooling is stamped into the plastic and It smells absolutely awful.... like chemicals and mildew to me. I'm going to probably just end up using the buckle and replacing the belts with something of better quality as I can absolutely not tolerate the smell. So in a nutshell I feel like I paid 89.00 for 3 buckles.
But now need to buy 3 belts to add them too. So that good deal turned into a not so good deal

Returned, fake leather, fake metal Chinese made belt (2), they said I would need to return at my cost for refund. I did, with tracking, they refuse to return my $ but acknowledge they are sorry and working on it. Total scammers, dropshipped items from Alibaba, return address in Texas, fake products and total thieving scammers.

My belt order was fulfilled as advertised. After two weeks of use the leather at the adjustment hole wore out and became unusable. I’ve been writing Luka at Kowby for several weeks and it is now past the 30 return period so they say “so sorry”.

I ordered buy 1 get 2 free. They never sent the free one. Their was no packing slip. Totally unprofessional company. I hade to give them one star but that is to much. I gave them 2 options to solve this but got no response.

Belt arrived without the knife! I requested replacement because refund is impossible. I have been waiting months. Cheap belt, poor service, don't buy!

Total scam! DO NOT give them your money. My husband ordered from them on Jan 28. When he ordered they promised 7-10 day delivery time. When nothing showed up after couple weeks he emailed them and they responded claiming that it had already shipped on February 14. When he tried to contact them again they ghosted him. Then last week (April) he received a tracking number from USPS. Yesterday it said it was delivered in our mailbox but when we checked it wasn’t there. I went to the post office to find out what happened to the package and they gps located the scan on the package. Kowby sent us a tracking number that wasn’t associated with our address.

I don’t even want you to give 1 star because they took my money and refuse to refund me for the belt. The leather looked amd felt like plastic. I did everything they asked and its been over a month and NO correspondence or refund. Lets all get together and SUE THEM!!!

Their belt lengths do not match what is advertised. Belts are supposed to be 47". What is received was 43" length belts. Asked for return and refund. They stated they would ship out the correct belts then they ghosted me on correspondence. The belts are also poor quality. Look nice but feel cheap. The customer service is horrible. They start out nice and attentive...lead you on like they really want to make things right. Then...nothing. They string you along until after you reach the date the expiration window for return closes. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Kowby is by far the most unprofessional and dishonest company who falsifies their business practices as it relates to the use of their "return policy." They will not supply the return address to proceed with my return ( as stated in their return policy instructions) after repeated requests. They DO NOT have a customer service number. Deceptive business- Inferior Company and products.

Couldn't rate lower. Belt arrived, broken we reached out multiple times to "customer service". Only to be told false information, ask for videos and then to await replacement. Did so and jumped through and produced everything that was requested. We never heard anything after repeated attempts to reach out to them. Only when after 30 days did they reply stating it was after 30 days and nothing could be done. Be aware!!! Do not buy!!!!

Order 2/18/26, have yet to receive the product have sent multiple emails was told that they could not verify my address and was returned to them but the USPS tracking shows it never left a facility in Texas never reached Tennessee currently trying to get a refund

The belts are not real leather. Very thin and barely support the buckle. Company is not responsive at all. I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 belts. When they arrived, I opened the package and the belt leather reeked of mold. No paperwork in the package. I had to look back on the website for return instructions. I had to send them an email to get an address for return. I returned the belts and received a photo from UPS with time of return, and confirmation that returned package was accepted by someone in the "front office." Since then, I have repeatedly sent emails to ask about my refund. The last reply I received from the "founder" a month ago promised my refund was being processed and I would see it within a few business days. Since then, I have received no replies to any of my further inquiries. And still no refund. I realize my money has been stolen.

Belt was advertised as 47". That is from tip of buckle to other end tip of the leather. In actuality, the belt probably fits someone 36" or so or less. Maybe 38". It does feel thin and cheap. Wish I had not ordered!

Dhl did not deliver . No way to contact company. Have to dispute with credit card. Do buy from them
