Am plasat o comandă pentru un produs „la comandă”, iar în confirmarea primită prin email mi s-a comunicat în mod clar un termen de livrare de 3–4 săptămâni de la lansare.

În prezent au trecut 4 săptămâni, iar statusul comenzii este în continuare „în procesare”. Nu am primit niciun AWB, nicio notificare de expediere și nicio informare privind o eventuală întârziere.

Termenul de 3–4 săptămâni a fost comunicat expres și face parte din condițiile contractuale ale comenzii. Depășirea acestuia, în absența oricărei comunicări, ridică semne serioase de întrebare privind respectarea obligațiilor asumate față de client.

Problema principală nu este doar întârzierea, ci lipsa totală de transparență și comunicare. În cazul unor întârzieri, o informare clară și proactivă ar fi fost minimul necesar.

În acest moment aștept o clarificare concretă privind stadiul real al comenzii și un termen ferm de livrare. În lipsa acestora, voi solicita rezilierea comenzii și rambursarea integrală a sumei achitate.

Experiența de până acum este dezamăgitoare din perspectiva seriozității și a relației cu clienții.

There was a problem with delivery initially, but the customer service was very helpful and sent the album out again. It was on on back order when I had ordered, but once they had the album in stock they shipped it out quickly.

Niste oameni foarte serioși care știu să își mulțumească clienții. Am dat comanda de mai multe albume și au venit în stare perfectă. Am primit și un mic cadou de la ei. Recomand dacă vreți siguranță, preț rezonabil și seriozitate.

i purchased from this page many times before, and albums always arrive in great condition. i live around central europe and when items are in stock it arrives in a week which is faster than from other european sites. the good thing about them is that you can order items that aren't in stock and they're listed as "on back order" which means they will order it for you from their supplier with no additional charges! this is super useful for some albums that aren't in stock anywhere. they also slip in some freebie photocards from time to time. i reccomend this to everyone from europe :)

Comanda a ajuns bine de fiecare data. Mai mult, de fiecare data cand am fost in magazin personalul a fost super si in general magazinul este foarte bine aranjat. Recomand o vizita, mai ales dupa un restok.

I've been using the site for years, but since 2024 or so they've been lacking. 3 times now I've ordered "on back order" albums, with an estimated delivery of 3 to 6 weeks (1,5 month max). My orders took 2+ months instead, with zero communication from the site. The second time, I messaged them and they took one more week to reply, saying that one of the albums wasn't in stock anymore at their supplier, and whether I wanted to replace it with something else. I answered with a replacement album (in stock on the site at the time, so ready to go) right away and never heard back from them. Another week later I just cancelled my order. Now I placed an order on 2nd of November and haven't heard a peep since. They need to update their back order estimate to 8 weeks instead, or start sending "Your order is going to take longer than expected" mail, just something so it doesn't look like they took my money and ran. I didn't have any complaints before this, I'm sad to be writing this but this has been very disappointing.

EDIT 3 weeks later: The company replied to this review immediately with the comment you can see below asking my to "identify myself and they will work on solving my issues". I did send them the requested information immediately a few hours after the request..... and nothing happened whatsoever, I never heard from them again. 2 weeks later I messaged them to ask what exactly is happening with my order, they told me that one of the albums is apparently out of stock at their supplier, and they ended up refunding me for that one and sending the other. It just arrived today, nearly THREE MONTHS after ordering. I'm never buying from the site again and it saddens me that years of great experiences with the site have to end like this.
