Move away from empty rhetoric to the basics
It takes weeks, multiple emails, calls (which typically go to voicemail), and handovers from one employee to another, to order something as simple as 3 tubes of adhesive. The website is antiquated and the ordering process is a mess. Instead of empty pronouncements (their on-hold message says: "We're more than a distributor, we're your partner" - yeah, duh) they should focus on the basics and do them well.
