Extremely disappointed — treatment has left us worse off and out of pocket

After three years of orthodontic treatment at Kreate Dental, we’re now having to go private — at our own cost — to fix the issues caused during that time. The process has been dragged out far beyond what’s reasonable, with little visible progress, and worse, irreversible procedures like filing down teeth were carried out without consent.

Despite raising our concerns multiple times, including through a formal complaint, we’ve received no clear treatment plan or accountability. We’re now in the process of filing complaints with the General Dental Council, the Ombudsman, and NHS England.

Avoid if you’re looking for clear communication, transparency, or care that respects your time, money, or consent.

Wahhab was very thorough, professional and explained each step in procedures which helped me relax and have confidence with my treatment plan. Really recommend and the support staff. Annija was a lovely dental assistant.

Kirpal was an amazing orthodontist, kind, friendly and thorough, with good patience for great results. I'd recommend him to anyone. We had him for 33 months, no longer than what was needed.
Top guy working alongside Gina, whom is also very friendly.

I had a check up & hygiene appointment with Sian and Libbie today and would highly recommend. Sian was very gentle considering I’m a nervous patient and she was so knowledgeable which made me feel so at ease. Thank you both!

Asmeen (hygienist) made me very comfortable. I’m terrified of the dentist. I don’t trust them 😂! I feel I’m in a morgue when they are looking over me. However the last two times I have been Kreate Asmeen has made me very comfortable she is very polite and witty which put me at ease. Could not recommend enough

My son had his dentist appointment with Sian ( dentist ) and Libby today, they were so lovely and made us both feel comfortable straight away. Honestly Sian was so great with Rory and explained everything to him! Thank you so much see you in 6 months !

I’ve recently completed my teeth alignment with Kirpal, after not being happy with a previous Invisalign treatment with another orthodontist a few years ago. I found everyone at the practice to be friendly, polite and efficient. Kirpal is very thorough with each appointment, talking through progress and next steps in the treatment plan. He previously treated my son with fixed braces which we were very happy with and each time I visited,Kirpal still asked after my son‘s welfare. The team have worked really well through their long refurbishment which hasn’t been easy for them and I wish them all the luck in their sparkly new premises!

I had the best experience with Kreate Dental - I had a long appointment with fillings from 9 until 12.30. The dentists caring for my teeth (Dr. Arezo and Sue) were so kind, comforting and made sure that I felt comfortable and not in pain the entire duration (they even let me pick the music).

Went to Asmeen today for my hygiene appointment. Asmeen is so careful and gentle when she works. Would totally recommend her. She puts you at ease. My teeth feel and look fab. Always lovely to see Sharon working alongside Asmeen today. Kreate is the friendliest Practise and I love visiting them all there.

I hadn’t been to the hygienist for a long time as my experience with a different dental practice was really unsettling! Asmeen was very kind and made me feel really relaxed. She also gave me some great tips to take away too!

Would recommend anyone wanting to see a hygienist to come here!

Having had a really NHS experience and having to wait 3 months for a partial set of dentures, my husband insisted I used these as he has had no problems with them.
Aran was my dentist and he was so respectful and caring throughout my treatment that I always felt at ease.
Due to an accident at work I had to have 5 teeth removed and my partial denture added to. This was discussed in depth and Aran came up with a plan. This treatment went well and I can honestly say I didn’t feel anything when he took out my teeth.
He knew I was self conscious with having no front teeth and phoned the lab and managed to get my partial dentures ready the next day.
All this was done exactly to plan and I felt respected and valued.
My treatment is not complete yet but I can only say I had the best experience going.

I highly recommend Dr Asmeen! Best Hygienist appointment I have been to. She is very kind and professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable and the best part was there was no pain 😃

I can not recommend Dr Emma Still and her team too highly. Her attention to detail, patience and consideration during a 90 minute treatment was exemplary.

The whole team are friendly, helpful and professional. A big thank you to Emma for making a stressful time so much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend this practice.
