I have tried to purchase a trolley jack through Halfords twice now and still nothing has worked yet it would appear I have been charged on my account? What is going on?

I got approved for a certain amount. I bought something that i needed urgently and paid for it using Kriya. The total amount been deducted from my Kriya balance and i got confirmation. I waited for my order from Halfords but it never came to them. I have been waiting 5 days now and they said i have to do the purchase again

Terrible company, give you a credit limit & when you try to use even a small amount of the limit, they cancel the order.

An update on my last post. Kirya customer support contacted via email and then telephone conversation. Very nice people and and they cancelled my original order promptly.

They showed me the process again but this time I didn’t do the order on my phone. Think there’s a problem if you order via phone as the verification page just sends you in a loop. Breyer to order via tablet and phone.
