Not allowed to port my old phone number

When I called to ask about transferring my phone to Kroger Wireless, I was not informed I would get a new number. I believe the law states all phone numbers should be able to port to a new carrier. Instead, I was assigned a new number.

Scam company rips ppl off ..false advertising....1/10 ...false advertisement 25$ gets you 1k mins not unlimited,...........AND TO THE RESPONSE BELOW ALREADY DID THAT AND 3 DAYS IT SHOWS STILL PENDING. AFTER 7 CALLS TO THE COMPANY I GAVE UP. I RESPONDED TO THE EMAIL WITH REQUIRED INFORMATION AND STILL NOTHING BACK..SO NOT GOING TO CHANGE THE REVIEW. NEGATIVE STARS FOR ALL MY TIME THAT WAS WASTED AND CONTINUE TO BE WASTED ON THIS MATTER.

Agent was hard to understand and didn't seem to know how to help

Agent was super hard to understand and I had to ask the same questions multiple times. They didn't seem to know what was going on. My problem was not solved. Our SIM card is not being recognized.

Website is very easy to use my Sim card got shipped when they said it would also received my free tablet a few days before Sim card was actually really surprised at the quality of tablet and surprised I really got it and it was really free. It's never a hassle what they say is what you get really good coverage area I wish I would of switched over years ago if they had more advertising though would be helpful I only found about the phone service from my dad he has kroger wireless as his carrier and he told me about how cheap it was I didn't believe him I thought for sure would raise the price but once again was very surprised will definitely recommend kroger wireless to all my friends and family when there contract expires
