This is the worst! I tried the free trial. It keeps freezing and buffering and I have high speed fiber Internet. There was no epg. Customer service is so rude. I contacted them and asked a question about their affiliation and never got a response. I asked again later and was given a rude response. I will not get service from them. Do not waste your time with them.

Even with a fast fiber wired connection the service is terrible and keeps freezing and crashing while streaming on any device. Useless consumer service who play games and have you reconfiguring your app every day because they can't set anything up right. Having just used the service for a week, experienced more than four technical problems. I have already requested a refund many times but after any mention of refund or compensation, they cease responding. I am aware that it is not a problem on my end. The business is not headquartered in the UK as stated, the address on their website is the London Eye, a popular tourist destination. This is ridiculous.

Terrible Service, Constant Freeze Up while streaming (even with 100Mb wired connection) on different devices. Constumer service is fast but useless. Asked for refund and cancelation 3 times now after 3 seperate instances of technical issues, I have only used the sevice for a week. As soon as a refund is mentioned or compensation is mentioned the support team stop replying. I am a professional and know that its not an issue on my end. The service is not based in UK as claimed, location is visibly set to the London Eye (a tourist attraction), how outragious.

Always something wrong with this service. They say server is being replaced then the panels are in need of repair. Every day I'm contacting them for them to repair something. When we first purchased Krooz it was great,no problem with anything, then it all started to unravel. Had this service since the beginning of June and am so pissed at myself for purchasing this garbage for a year.Even asked for a refund but was told NO only that they would extend our service after it is working again lol.STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
Thinking of going elsewhere and paying again for a service that actually works. It's better then driving myself crazy trying to deal with these people or now they use AI instead of direct communication. We'll in my opinion anyway.

Worked great until I paid for a year. Now I have to switch the server 2-3 times a week.

Signed up for a trial. Received a confirmation email that my logon email was being processed. Never received a login email. Opened a ticket on their website requesting the information. After a day the ticket just disappeared. These guys are a joke!

I highly recommend finding another IP provider. I’ve had them now for about seven months and it’s getting to where I spend more time reprogramming reinstalling apps that I do watching TV. This service is definitely not worth the money.

Worst IPTV ever, going down 2 times a day, went down for 48 hours 1 time, stay away!

Service is never working

The app is very unstable, freezes up, fails to download epg guide and needs a VPN to work. The VPN they provided was itself unusable. The common troubleshooting recommendation for reports of faulty performance issues was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Sometimes it was for a completely different app. Do you know how laborious that process is? In addition reinstall wipes out your favorite channel list. Customer service becomes confrontational when asked if there are other options or when i say i already did that and you want me to do this again?. The company should direct more effort in determining the root cause of performance issues that result from an unstable platform and provide customer service with the transparent knowledge to help guide the end users with solutions. Don't waste your time subscribing with this provider, select a better one. 3 months and nothing but problems.

Did a 24 hour trial with Krooztv and it worked well. The channel selection is good. The 24/7 category is extensive. The 24/7 mob movie category is the same as Kemo, Lemo and XtremeHD but just like those three, it has buffering issues that can be aggravating. Might circle back and try a month but am still trying other services..

I love Krooz TV I can watch all the old TV shows and the new ones too

Here is what I wrote them.

You have nothing but freezing channels, some just freeze others, video freezes but audio continues. You have channels that freeze my entire system and takes too much effort to break out of that. Does not matter what country I am in either. What is the refund period of time or did I lose $30?

Trustpilot doesn't allow 0 stars...unfortunately. I just wasted €100 .....I signed up to be a reseller...didn't go well. I couldn't get my own account to work properly, so, how could I resell this crap service. I have to admit, the chat provided customer service was very responsive. Each time I had a question, it always seemed to be the same remedy. It didn't work the first time...it didn't work the last time. In total, about 10hrs over 3 days trying to get the iptv service to work as it should...didn't happen. Tv series are not updated...tv channels not working...in the list of USA/ENTERTAINMENT...3 of the first 20 channels in the list actually worked. I gave up....it's not worth the frustration...I'll go back to my original iptv provider.

The EPG has not been on for most of the time we've had it. They didn't read the service notes. The channels a lot of the time would not come on. One tech said to turn on the VPN and an other said to turn it off. Then they suggested a different app. Nothing has work and I asked for a refund and two weeks later they sent an invoice for the next 3 months. Wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

These guys are the best, customer service excellent, I've used several others thru the years and i got to say these guys are on the top of the list.

Best iptv in 2024 , i have had great experience.

poor uptime always dropping out. customer service is crap - told me i need a vpn 3 months after starting with them or I won't get service. unhelpful and frustrating - go anywhere else!

Worst ever experienced…

Had been well uptime for a month or so then downhill afterwards. Now (May 2024) 1% of Live TV, Movies and Series can be watched. Membership expires in Aug!! What a waste. Ticket system is rubbish as well and deflecting to live chat all the times

They used to be good but nowadays their service is poor and the customer service clueless. Update: If there was a negative STAR rating I would give them -10. Do not use them, SCAM.
