previous installers left me elfor weeks it was like that until Dean came with his lad Drake They worked for hours refitting door and the walls round it. Now i love it. . I I believeDean should be given a large bonus and show how your other 'fittrers' should been shown the correct way to do a ob and how to treat customers. Dean was so friendly but got on with hie work even showing me how to use lock and giving me chance to prove I could do same. SUPER

From start to finish, prompt,regular contact from all. As for the Installation, we would highly recommend the hard-working Team of 'Christian' & 'Joe', for their efficiency and helpfulness. - A Credit to the Company.

Very friendly staff who are happy to help. We had some mishaps with an admin error and some accidental damage, but they fixed everything with no hassle, no extra fees, and quickly. Very professional company, would recommend!

All the staff were great: many thanks Kier who came to our door to offer us a great deal; Josh who did the contract visit; John who measured up and Paul and Dave who fitted the windows. The job was professional, our home is lighter and cleaner and it's really given us a lift and motivation to change up our home.

The whole experience was very good, good communication with the whole team, the installers were very professionals, from the beginning to the end, no mess left behind, nothing bad to say.

I have had 2 separate installs from K&S, and both times were faultless.
The sales team were polite and gave us a quote fast with no pressure.
The surveyors were professional and gave good advice with how to improve our installation.
But the greatest part of the process was the installation teams, they were fast and tidy, and made sure they took time to perfect the small details that makes a difference, so a big thank you to Dave, Paul and Deano for their professionalism.
Overall a great experience!

We are delighted with our new conservatory. It was a replacement for one that had leaked and had been severely damaged with water ingress. The reason for its failure was properly investigated and resolved by the excellent fitters - Dave and Paul. They worked tidily and efficiently especially when it came to leave . The quality of the replacement was also fare superior to the original conservatory construction. We highly recommend this company.

Christian and Joe the fitters were excellent, professional, punctual, polite and clean and tidy. Christian is a perfectionist, the work done on our porch is outstanding. Quality of doors and windows are good. However, there were a few hiccups with the office but these were sorted. Would I use them again. Yes.

Dean arrived nice and early and explained what he was going to do before starting. He was friendly, efficient and extremely tidy. Having a new front door & panel fitted took approximately 5 hours. Great demonstration / explanation and cleaned up everything before leaving. So tidy that you wouldn't of known I'd had any work done apart from a lovely door. All finishings were immaculate.

Promises fulfilled. Scaffold removed promptly.

We have just had our roof lights fitted with new flat roof installed .
All though we got off to a rocky start with weather etc and wrong colour glass The team were very good and nothing was too much trouble too rectify . They do use sub contractors which were also a very good team who were called Jaden Roofing (Ross ) It's made a huge difference to our darkish lounge area .

Turned up on time . Fitter Dean was very friendly and worked hard to install the door. Door looks great.

From start to finish, this was very well planned and our two fitters were obviously experienced and worked really well together. They covered all surfaces carefully and left everything clean and tidy.

The windows look great and the window fitter Joe was brilliant could not have asked for a nicer guy

I was impressed with the communication throughout, and felt at ease with the professionalism throughout the process. E-mails re: delivery times and installation dates were useful and gave me a clear timescale once it was apparent there was a change in material delivery times. Would definitely use K&S again.

The whole experience with my new porch was easy from start to finish, all the staff were incredibly helpful and polite.
Joe who came to fit the porch was excellent! Very hardworking absolute perfectionist!

Dean was great cleaned up after he finished no damage to a windowsill even though it was a awkward window to take out very pleased with the window fitting.
