Faster delivery and great products
The delivery was faster than the date they gave. The products were exactly what I expected. I struggle with very stubborn hormonal acne and Korean cosmetics help me immensely. Ksister, thank you for being there.

Unfortunately, the delivery was a big disappointment. The device arrived very late (ordered before Christmas, received on January 9) and the package was severely damaged by the courier. The box was so crushed that I was even asked if I wanted to accept it. Luckily, the product itself was not damaged. change the logistic company please …

While the holiday season is extremely busy for logistics companies, this in no way justifies the severe delay or the damaged condition of your parcel. We are relieved to hear that the device itself is safe, but we completely understand your frustration.

The delivery is always comfortable, the packaging is nice and they make sure that the products arrive in good condition. As always, there is a gift with the order. The prices are very good, compared to other sites.

Really delighted with the site
Great service. I got my order delivered really fast! All products arrived without any damage, the package was secured nicely. I got many different testers as well which was really nice! Would like to purchase from this site again!

Lying about delivery dates
Not happy, they lie on the site that delivery will be in the same day, but in reality they ship from abroad so it takes 12 days.
Лъжат,че доставката ще е в същия ден. Изпращат от друга страна, за това доставят след 12 дни.
Ако си поискаш парите обратно, не ги пращат!
Сумата не е възстановена (обратно на написаното от тях в коментара долу), повече от три дни са минали. Няма конкретика кога ще върнат парите.
P.S. В крайна сметка на 21 март върнаха парите, след този пост.
